Sit comfortably and take a few deep breaths in and out.
Make these slow breaths and allow yourself to let go with every breath out.
Feel into your body and allow yourself to feel its physical sensations.
Your body loves to be felt and acknowledged.
Starting at the top of your head and moving downwards,
Take a minute to do this.
We are going to call upon the healing angels now to heal you and align you to the knowledge that already exists within you,
That you are always loved and you are always safe.
Angels are all around us,
But we need to call on them when we need assistance.
They are not allowed to intervene in our earthly affairs because we have been granted free will.
Take a few more deep breaths.
And now let's call upon the angels and feel and see or just know that they are surrounding you and wanting to heal you in this moment.
The angels are placing their hands upon you and all around you,
Filling you with their love and light.
Feel see and know this.
Take a few more deep breaths and let go of all that is happening in your life at the human level and feel and absorb the truth of what they want you to know,
That you are always loved.
Too often we look to the earthly world for proof that we are loved and lovable,
But we are looking in the wrong place.
The earthly world is simply a mirror reflecting back to us what we believe.
As human beings we have all been hurt,
Let down,
Abandoned or betrayed at some level and we carry these wounds.
Then we attract people into our lives who reflect our pain back to us.
Those who have hurt you are showing you something you need to heal in yourself.
None of these wounds are your fault because they were created at the unconscious or subconscious level so there is no need to blame yourself.
Instead we just need to take responsibility to heal them.
Continue now to focus on your breath in and out.
Surrender to the angels now,
All your wounds,
Your pain and your disappointments.
Feel their loving hands on and all around you.
Dear angels,
Thank you for healing all my wounds of the past and taking away the pain.
Feel the angels drawing out all the pain and suffering.
Sometimes a vision can come to you,
A picture or a memory from the past.
If any vision or memory comes up it has appeared for the angels to heal it.
Allow the angels to do their healing work now.
When we have experienced pain and disappointment we start believing that we are unlovable or that we have to strive or be someone we are not in order to be loved.
The angels all shake their heads,
This is not true.
You are perfect just as you are and you deserve to be loved just for being you.
Surrender now to the angels,
The belief that you are not lovable or that you have to strive to be loved or change yourself to be loved.
Dear angels,
Thank you for clearing away these beliefs and everything from my past that has caused these beliefs.
Feel the angels hands upon you and around you drawing out these old beliefs and all the imprints that created these beliefs.
If we have experienced a lack of love,
We stop loving ourselves.
The angels want you to know that the true essence of you is love.
Surrender to the angels now any self-criticism,
Self-blame,
Low self-worth or any blocks to accepting yourself just as you are.
Dear angels,
I surrender to you all that is not love for myself and feel the angels draw from you all that is not love.
Dear angels,
Thank you for transmuting this energy into self-love,
Self-compassion and self-acceptance.
And now feel the angels filling your entire being with a beautiful soft pink light.
This is the color of love.
Allow yourself to breathe it in.
Feel it fill your entire being.
See and feel it all around you,
The color of pink.
And as the angels continue to surround you,
Hear the message they have come to give you.
You are loved and you are safe.
When you connect to the divine,
You are protected and always looked after.
Trust the angels to provide for your every need.
If we are relating to the earthly level only,
Nothing seems safe and life can feel hard.
It is time to click into a higher vibration.
Surrender now any fears or worries to the angels.
Dear angels,
Thank you for clearing in me all fear and worry.
Feel the angels draw from you all worry,
Fear and anxiety.
Dear angels,
Take me to the place where all is peace and love.
Feel,
See or just know that the angels are lifting you now,
Lifting you up to another level.
A level where you are always protected,
Always loved and always safe.
You are eternally loved and you are so much more than you think you are.
You are a being of love and light and your soul essence is pure love.
This place of truth is available to you whenever you need it.
It is real.
The earthly world is not.
Dear angels,
I give thanks for the knowledge that you are always near and that I can call upon you for help whenever I need it.
Thank you for aligning me to the knowledge that I am always loved and I am always safe.
Please guide and protect me and lead me on a path of love,
Wisdom and happiness.
Thank you.
And now ask the angels to send you a sign over the next few days that they are with you and supporting you.
It may be a feather,
A significant number,
A word,
A song or any other symbol that is significant to you.
And now take a few more deep and cleansing breaths.
Feel into your body again.
Feel into your legs and feet.
Wiggle your toes.
Allow yourself to be back in earth,
Space and time.
And whenever you are ready,
Open your eyes.
