Nadine is an organizational psychologist, mindfulness teacher, and health coach. With years of experience in corporate leadership, she knows how quickly high demands can turn into chronic stress — and how important it is to find calm without losing drive. Her work blends evidence-based tools from psychology and stress science with grounded practices from mindfulness and traditional wisdom. She supports individuals and teams in building sustainable energy, clearer boundaries, and a more balanced (work) life.
