Over the next 7 days, you will learn how to hold space for difficult emotions, thoughts, and even sensations. We will work with the breath, meditation, self-observation, and powerful techniques from psychology, coaching and spirituality. You will learn methods to calm your mind and allow your emotions to be and to safely flow. A deep and powerful reconnection with your being on all levels - body, mind, emotions, even soul! You will be guided through a ritual to let go of events from the past and be introduced to inner child work. You are invited into a path of taking responsibility, to grow, heal, and learn.


Meet your Teacher

We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience. (Pierre Teilhard de Chardin) Kati Bloom is the founder of Blooming Hearts and a psychologist, coach, and yoga and meditation teacher. She has always had a deep longing for experiencing real, deep and intimate connections, both with others and with herself. This quest for connection and wholeness began as a young child, was postponed through a series of traumatic events as a teenager, and resumed when she began her own healing journey in her early 20s. She dove deep into understanding her own psychology, patterns and habits and began sharing this with others. Since 2018, she has been living and teaching at a yoga and meditation center in Mexico and since has spent hundreds of days in silence, solitude, and even darkness. This brought profound shifts to her understanding of life and reality, brought awareness of and helped her become more free of limiting patterns and tendencies. She is now sharing her experiences and insights, as well as her experience again as a psychologist, bringing together psychology and spirituality. Kati will always remain a student of life and sincerely hopes that her sharing supports your own journey toward becoming more whole and complete. She deeply believes that we are our own healers, and coming back to love and into a deep connection with the self is possible for everyone.

Lesson 1

Come Experience Interconnectedness Of Body, Mind, And Emotions

Holding space for ourselves begins with better understanding what goes on inside. When is the last time you paid close attention to all the sensations, emotions and thoughts that arise? This is much easier when we are calm and relaxed, and it is something that can be practiced. This first day is all about experiencing the interconnectedness of body, mind, and emotions with the help of a guided meditation.

Lesson 2

Learn How Your Breath Can Support You

When our breath is calm and relaxed, the body is relaxed. Our body directly influences the nervous system, and whether we are in a state of rest and digest or in a state of fight or flight. Today you will learn about and experience deep conscious breathing and how this can help you calm your mind, body, and emotions.

Lesson 3

How To Calm The Monkey Mind

Many of us struggle with negative, repetitive, even obsessive thinking. It is the nature of our minds to be active and to produce thoughts, whether we react and respond to those thoughts is up to us. This requires awareness of our thoughts and thought patterns. Today, you learn two powerful methods for dealing with the monkey mind.

Lesson 4

Being With Our Emotions

We know that being and dealing with all of our emotions can be challenging. Emotions are simply energy in motion and want to be felt and safely expressed. Many of us have never learned to do this, but instead have learned to numb and suppress emotions, especially the "negative" ones. On day 4, we will learn a step-by-step approach to being with all the different emotions.

Lesson 5

Reconnect With Who You Truly Are

Emotions, thoughts, and sensations are all phenomena that come and go. Everything that appears will eventually disappear. Today we take a new pathway to being, dealing with all the experiences in life, by connecting with something deeper. You are invited to connect with your higher self and take a step back through a short meditation.

Lesson 6

Making Peace With The Past

All of us experience difficult, maybe even traumatic events throughout our life. All of these experiences can influence us today, somehow limiting us in experiencing life in the way we know we can. We cannot change what happened to us in the past, but we can influence how we react and deal with the situation today. Of course, when we are ready and if needed, with support. We don't have to do everything on our own. If you are ready, you are invited into a short Letting Go Ritual in today's lesson.

Lesson 7

Loving Conversations With Your Inner Child & Closing

Have you ever had a conversation with your inner child? The inner child that rebels, is stubborn, angry, or upset because we feel unseen or unheard.  Learning to have conversations with your inner child is one of the most effective strategies to hold space for yourself while also addressing and potentially healing underlying wounds. You will be invited to have a conversation with your inner child and receive one last piece of advice for your journey ahead.

Very nice and thought-provoking introduction and very strong theme throughout the whole thing:) I haven't felt this much relaxation in a long time. Also I liked the birds throughout the audios, I guess living in a big city comes with it's shortcomings haha

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: I loved how much wisdom this course entails. Making a 7 day commitment is hard, for sure, but I am very glad I stuck to my commitment. Somehow I feel wiser, having a deeper understanding of myself and what happens at the different levels of my being.
