Welcome to this guided meditation for the New Moon,
Where we will tune into the cyclical energy of the Moon and honor the New Moon cycle.
This meditation is ideal if you want to check in,
Refresh your goals,
Set intentions,
Prepare for manifestation,
Or honor this Moon phase with an energetic New Moon ritual.
So let us begin.
Finding a comfortable seat where you can relax comfortably and safely,
Or laying down on a mat,
Start to settle and tune in.
Turning to your breath now,
Begin to soften and observe your own rise and fall.
Allow your breath to guide you,
To calm you,
To slow you down.
Breathing fully and deeply,
Go in deeper and deeper,
Inwards into your energy,
Into your own wisdom.
Bringing your attention to the top of your head now,
We will scan our body,
Allowing all of our muscles to release tension and relax fully and completely.
Start bringing your awareness to your scalp,
Allow the muscles at the top of your head,
Your forehead,
Your eyebrows to soften.
Allow your cheekbones to soften and relax,
Your jaw to unclench,
Your whole face to relax and let go.
Relax your neck muscles and scanning further down,
Relax your shoulders,
Your upper back,
Your chest.
Allow your muscles in the back to relax,
Your core and belly to soften as you breathe fully and deeply.
Seeing your arms now,
Allow your biceps to relax,
Your forearms to soften,
Your hands to release completely.
Scanning further down to your hips and your buttocks,
Allow your muscles to truly let go,
To soften and release completely.
Allow your thighs to relax,
Your knees to relax,
Your calves and shins to relax and your feet to let go fully and completely.
Breathe and from this state of complete relaxation,
Allow yourself to return home,
To turn within,
To shine your light inwards and notice what is going on within your emotional body,
Your energetic body and your mind.
And as you begin to become more mindful of everything that is happening,
You begin to feel everything that you bring into your awareness,
Allow it to relax.
Allow yourself to be vulnerable and to feel fully and deeply.
Allow yourself to feel your emotions and swim in your deep waters.
Bring your awareness to your heart space now and tune in to your emotions,
Your intuition and your inner knowing.
As you settle into this space,
Know that you are returning home and allow yourself to feel nurtured and safe.
Allow yourself to be rooted and present through your heart into this present moment.
And from this place of introspection,
Connection to your energy,
Begin to tune in to the energy of the moon,
Of the sign that it is in,
Of the newness and freshness of new beginnings.
And as you take deep and full breaths now,
Start to crawl into your mind what your intent is.
Begin to call in what you want to manifest,
The energy that you want to embed your life with,
The changes that you want to see happen.
Picture how you want your life to change and to bloom.
What do you want to manifest?
What do you want to call in?
What are your intentions for this new moon cycle?
What do you want to call in?
Now,
Imagine your manifestations or intentions turning into small symbols.
These symbols should be simple and yet representative of the things you want to call in.
So for example,
If you are trying to manifest a new living arrangement,
You might picture the symbol of a home or if you're trying to call in a partner,
You might picture a symbol of a heart.
And now imagine these symbols turning into a seed,
Any seed of a plant,
Of any color,
Shape and form,
Whatever feels right to you.
And once you have your seed,
Take it,
Picture holding it in your hand and planting it in soil,
Your soil,
Whether that's the soil around your roots or the garden in your heart or mind or an actual garden that you have or a pot of soil on a windowsill.
Imagine your soil and picture placing the seed into a small hole in the fertile ground.
Place the seed in the soil gently and lovingly and now cover the seed with dirt.
And as you tuck it in,
Send it love.
Send it your energy and your good intention.
Send it gratitude.
Be quiet.
And sit with this image of your manifestation turned into a seed planted in your ground.
And sit with the seed and tell it your wishes.
And whisper it a prayer,
An affirmation,
Kind words.
And imagine how it would feel like when it does come true.
Tell the seed the story of its fulfillment.
And with gratitude,
Love,
And excitement,
Now imagine watering your seed.
Allow the water to rain down on the seed.
And with the water,
Rain your energy and love.
And as you bless it with your light,
With your water,
You are nurturing your seedling.
Know that the seed will continue to grow with the phases of the moon and whatever you wished for will manifest.
Smile and know that it is so.
Throughout this new moon cycle,
You may wish to imagine the symbol of the thing you're manifesting that you turned into your seed and send it love.
And know that every time you think of it and every time you send it love,
You're watering your seed with your energy,
Nourishing it,
And it will grow.
Taking a deep breath now.
If you feel called to,
Bringing your hands to your heart.
Turning your attention back to your breath,
Back to your heart space.
Sending things to the moon,
To yourself for taking this time for connecting and meditating.
With each breath now beginning to return to the space that you occupy,
To your room,
To your body,
Becoming more present,
More aware until you're ready to open your eyes.
