
Align Your Energy Meditation
Let go of stagnation, resistance, and energetic blocks with the help of this guided meditation. Connect to your energetic and physical body, tune in to what is happening, and align and clear your energies. This practice can be done in the evening to help you let go of all that has passed, or anytime you feel called to clear and align your energy. Music: "Ebbs and Flows" by Kevin MacLeod

Settle down in a comfortable position.
However you are used to meditating is completely fine.
Whether it is sitting cross legged on the floor,
On a meditation cushion,
Or laying down on a mat,
Just make sure you are in a position where you can maintain a nice,
Straight,
Aligned spine so that your energy can flow freely during this meditation.
You can also place your hands however is most natural and comfortable for you.
For this specific meditation,
I usually put one palm up to connect to the source and one palm down to ground.
Now let us all take three beautiful deep breaths together in through our nose and out through our mouth,
Breathing together to really connect.
Breathe in for three,
Two,
One,
And breathe out for three,
Two,
One.
Breathe in for three,
Two,
One,
And breathe out for three,
Two,
One.
Breathe in for three,
Two,
One,
And let it out with a sigh.
Drop in.
If you haven't done so already,
I would like to invite you to close your eyes and bring your awareness fully to your breath.
From now on,
Try to breathe in and out through your nose.
Breathe in.
Pay attention to how the air enters your nose,
Swirls at the top of your mouth,
Moving through you,
Filling your lungs.
Observe breathing with intent.
Observe every breath in and every breath out,
Its beginning,
Middle,
And end.
Breathe.
Feel your breath circulate.
Let your breath find a natural and comfortable rhythm.
Don't control it.
Just observe.
Now I would like to invite you to do a body scan with me.
Starting with your toes,
Start scanning your body and notice how each part of it is feeling.
Are there any places that are hurting,
Aching,
Where you're holding tension or pain or anger,
Or perhaps where you feel lightness and ease?
Take note.
Scanning past your knees and thighs,
Breathe.
Now scanning up your hips and stomach and really allow your awareness to hold space for any sensation that comes up.
Not judging them,
Not trying to change them.
Simply observe and hold space for these feelings and sensations to unfold.
Breathe into them and continue scanning past your stomach,
Past your lungs,
And your chest,
To your hands and elbows and shoulders.
Notice any sensation that comes up and acknowledge it.
Allow.
Breathe.
Now guiding your awareness up your throat to your temples and to the very top of your head.
Breathe.
Feel the state of your physical body.
Notice how your breath moves through you.
Notice how your energy flows.
Are there places of tension or pain?
Just breathe to them and through them.
Give them your attention and presence and feel them loosen up with each breath.
Breathe.
Nice,
Deep,
Intentional breaths.
Now,
I would like to invite you to activate and align your chakra centers.
Chakras are energetic centers within our body placed along our spine.
We're going to call on each chakra center envisioning its energy and asking it to activate and align.
Starting with the root chakra,
Bring your awareness to the base of your spine and ask your root chakra to activate.
Feel the energy starting to swirl,
Starting to grow and emanate a beautiful red color.
Breathe.
Now bring your awareness to your lower abdomen,
Home of your sacral chakra and ask it to activate.
Feel the energy starting to build and fill with a beautiful orange light.
Align.
Envision the two chakras we have activated so far moving and aligning to the line of your spine.
Now your root chakra and your sacral chakra are active and aligned.
Gently bring your awareness to your solar plexus chakra,
Which is located in the space of your upper abdomen or stomach.
Activate.
Feel the energy starting to rise and grow,
Gaining a gentle yellow hue.
Align.
Now move your awareness up towards your heart to the center of your chest.
Ask your heart chakra to activate.
Feel its energy rise and glow,
Emitting a beautiful soft green light.
And when you ask it to align,
Really visualize all your chakra centers that we activated so far forming a beautiful straight line along your spine.
Now your root chakra,
Your sacral chakra,
Your solar plexus chakra and heart chakra are all activated and aligned.
Breathe.
Gently bringing your attention to the throat,
Ask this beautiful chakra center to activate.
Feel it starting to radiate and gather energy,
Glowing in the most beautiful blue light.
Align.
Breathe with it for a moment,
Feeling the power of this chakra center.
Bringing your awareness upwards now towards your third eye chakra,
Which resides in the spot between your eyes.
Activate.
Feel the energy starting to rise and swirl,
Emanating a beautiful purple light.
Align.
It joins the other activated chakra centers that form a beautiful straight line through your body.
And now bring your awareness,
Your internal gaze,
Towards the very top of your head,
Your crown chakra,
And ask it to activate.
Feel the energy rise and grow.
Visualize it aligning with the rest of the activated centers.
Breathe.
And feel your breath travel,
Solidifying the connection between all these points.
Now I would like to ask you to bring your awareness a couple of spaces above your head,
Above your crown.
Imagine a beautiful speck of white light starting to shine.
This is your eighth chakra,
The chakra that connects you to the divine,
To the source.
Activate.
Feel the energy you build and swirl as the white light grows bigger.
Align.
See it forming a straight line along with the others.
Now your root chakra,
Your sacral chakra,
Your solar praxis chakra,
Your heart chakra,
Your throat chakra,
Your third eye chakra,
Your crown chakra,
And your eighth chakra are all activated and aligned.
Sit in this space for a moment and really feel how energy now flows through you,
How the breath can now move and fill you.
Feel the alignment and the activation that has taken place.
Breathe.
And now I would like you to envision a space up in the heavens and the ceiling above you,
A point,
Maybe a disc shape,
Maybe a glowing orb of a beautiful golden light starting to open up and expand and stream light.
It is streaming light from the heavens,
From the universe,
From the divine source down to you,
Connecting to your eighth chakra and your crown chakra down to your heart,
All the way to your root chakra.
Breathe.
This beautiful golden light is traveling through your aligned chakra channel down below you,
Past your root chakra,
Down into the ground,
Deep into the core of earth itself,
Grounding you.
This energy flows from the divine through you,
Grounding you to the earth.
And as you feel this connection strengthen and build,
You can start to envision the rate of light streaming down,
Getting bigger and wider,
Slowly spreading over your whole entire body,
Enveloping you in a radiant pillar of light.
This beautiful streaming energy is full of warmth and love and healing.
Breathe.
This light,
This energy passes through all your chakras,
Feeling you up,
Passing through each piece in your body,
Which we scanned before.
Take notice now of all the points you identified where you felt pain or tension.
Let this light envelop that discomfort and with every breath,
Feel it slowly dissolve.
Breathe.
Feel this beautiful light release all negativity,
All anxiety,
Everything that no longer serves.
All that tension gets dissolved and moves out of your being with the help of this streaming golden light.
Out of your energetic body,
Out of your physical body,
Down into the earth where it can be transformed.
The light is healing you.
Allow it.
Sit with it and breathe.
Build space for your body,
For your energy,
For your healing.
Allow what needs to come through to come through.
Allow what seeks to be released to be released.
Pay attention to your breath,
Making sure you are not holding it.
Instead,
Let your energy and your breath move freely.
Your inner intuition knows what you need.
It knows how to cleanse and align your energy.
Allow that process to unfold,
Unclouded by your thinking mind.
Just breathe.
And now,
I would like to invite you to repeat some affirmations to confirm your intent and really affirm this love and healing that just took place.
While gently breathing,
Repeat either in your mind or out loud if you can.
My body is filled with light,
Love,
And energy.
I love every cell of my body.
Good health is mine now.
I release the past.
I am healthy,
Strong,
And vibrant.
I am aligned and my breath flows freely.
Perfect health is my birthright and I claim it now.
I love and honor my body with every word I speak and every action I take.
And so it is.
Claim these powerful words as part of your reality and thank the divine for assisting us during this meditative practice.
If you need more time for yourself,
Then take that time now.
But if you are ready,
Then with your eyes still closed,
I would like to ask you to come back to your body.
Maybe starting to bring in some movement.
Wiggling your toes,
Gently swaying side to side,
Moving your neck,
Or stretching your arms until you are ready to open your eyes.
You are home.
