So let us begin.
Find a comfortable spot,
Sitting or lying down in a way that you are supported but you can release fully and completely.
And as you settle in,
Begin to drop into your breath,
Into your body and into your heart.
Take a few seconds to really feel what is going on,
How you are and breathe.
In this meditation,
We will practice breathing in a conscious and connected way,
In the style of box breath,
Which means breathing in,

Breathing out and holding again,
All for the same count.
We will begin with the count of four,
Building up all the way to the count of six.

Soften and breathe.
Now that we synchronized our breath,
Body and mind and soul,
I invite you to cultivate a breath that feels like you are stepping into your power.
Whatever this means to you.
Take a deep,
Powerful breath and observe every aspect as it rises and falls.
Feel your belly fully and completely and allow your breath to move you.
Allow the release to wash away what no longer serves.
So taking a deep breath in.
Sigh it out.
Taking a deep breath in.
Feel your belly expand and let go completely.
Taking a deep breath in.
Breathe into your power.
And breathe out and surrender your limitations.
Take a powerful breath in and a cleansing breath out.
Your breathing,
Your power in and releasing all that no longer serves you on the breath out.
Take a deep breath in and a cleansing breath out.
Keep finding your full,
Beautiful power breath.
Allow yourself to breathe fully with your whole body.
If you need to move,
Then move.
If you need to control your breath to move the air,
Do it.
And if you feel like remaining calm,
Surrendering and allowing your breath to wash over you,
Then honor that intuition.
Play with your breath and allow it to move however it serves you the best in this present moment.
Breathe connectedly.
Breathe with your power,
With your joy and when you breathe out,
Surrender and let go completely.
Breathe as the most conscious,
Connected and powerful you.
If it feels right,
If there is anything that you are processing and healing and wanting to let go,
Set to intention now.
Intend with each breath to release.
Release all that no longer serves you.
Release all that has come to the end of its cycle.
Release everything stuck,
Stagnant,
Limiting,
No longer you.
Release it so that new and exciting things can be born and can come into your life.
Breathe fully now.
When you are ready,
Connect to the energy of excitement now.
View life's adventure through joy,
Through excitement and imagine all the wonderful things you're making space for as you surrender,
As you release.
Every breath out creates the energy and the space for new miracles,
New joys to come in.
Connect to that energy as you breathe.
Smelling in blessings on your breath in and exhaling and shedding the past on the breath out.
Breathe and smile.
If you feel called,
Bring your hands now to your heart center in gratitude.
Send your things to yourself,
To the moon,
To the space which you cultivate and take a few moments to name things that you are grateful for as you begin to come back.
Tap into your gratitude.
Smile and begin to come back to yourself,
Back to the space that you occupy,
Back to your presence.
Slowly begin to connect to your body,
Maybe wiggling your hands or toes and when you are ready,
Fully coming back and opening your eyes.
