Welcome to this morning meditation practice.
Find a comfortable seated position against the ground.
And just gently begin by taking a few deep breaths.
As you roll your shoulders down your spine.
Releasing any tension,
Any stress,
Any worries about the day ahead.
And maybe doing a few gentle neck rolls.
Getting into the body.
Dropping from the mind into the heart.
And taking a gentle deep breath in through the nose.
And out the mouth.
And into the nose for 2,
3,
4.
And out the mouth for 2,
3,
4,
5,
6.
In through the nose for 2,
3,
4.
And out the mouth for 2,
3,
4,
5,
6.
Doing a few rounds,
Just sinking the body,
The lower belly.
With the breath.
Just you and the breath allowing everything else to melt away layer by layer.
Following this breath pattern.
And releasing any expectations of how this should be feeling at this time.
And gently falling into your natural rhythm.
Allowing the breath to breathe itself.
And just sinking into the wholeness of your body.
Your skin moving with the breath.
Feeling your own energy.
The gentle pulse in your fingertips.
The pulse of your heart.
The pulse of the bottoms,
The soles of your feet.
And a relaxing,
Soothing sensation in your forehead,
Your eyebrows,
Your jaw.
Noticing yourself softening,
Opening,
Relaxing.
Feeling the wholeness of your body held by the earth.
And maybe placing your palms gently on your heart.
Connecting your palms to your heart.
And for a moment,
Feeling what's here in your heart space.
And maybe stating these words to yourself.
I love you.
I'm listening.
I'm here now.
And it is safe to feel all that's within.
I love you.
I'm here now.
And it is safe to feel all that's within.
Noticing any motions here.
Moving through like gentle waves.
Maybe giving them a name with a texture,
A color.
I notice sadness moving through me.
I notice peace moving through me.
Whatever it may be,
Allow it the space as you hold your heart.
All waves eventually meet the shoreline.
Or meet in stillness.
All storms pass.
They are temporary.
And you are so brave for feeling all that's here within you.
Be gentle with your heart.
Moving your palms against your knees.
Placing them downward for grounded energy.
Moving your heart space forward.
And just breathing into your heart.
Feeling the warmth of your love.
Like the warmth of the sunlight on a beautiful new day.
And be here for a moment.
In your light.
Your energy.
This love that you have cultivated.
By simply being with your heart for a moment.
The more you feel.
The more you allow the energy to circulate and flow.
And land into the most still,
Clear water.
The stillness.
The space of deep healing.
Reflection.
You.
A slow,
Deep inhale.
Belly rising.
Chest opening.
And a long exhale.
Belly moving inward.
Noticing this connection to your lower belly.
Your light force energy.
How it feels to breathe into this space.
Awakening.
Connecting deeper with yourself.
Relaxing eyebrows,
Temples,
Cheeks,
Jaw.
Shoulders,
Arms,
Legs,
Feet.
Noticing the sensation of the air,
The energy against your body.
The ground holding you.
And your heartbeat in your chest.
And whenever you feel called,
Placing your palms over your heart once again.
Thanking yourself for being here with all that's within.
Creating something beautiful and uplifting for your mind,
Body,
Spirit,
Energy.
Sending love to yourself on your journey and all who need it in their life.
And whenever you are ready,
Opening your eyes and welcoming in this beautiful new day.
