Settle into a comfortable position.

Let your body land where it is.

Take a slow inhale through the nose and a full exhale through the mouth.

This month has asked a lot,

Not in action,

But in awareness,

In listening,

In pacing.

Bring your attention inward.

Notice how your body feels now compared to the beginning of the month.

Is there more steadiness,

More familiarity,

More permission without judging or analyzing?

Simply observe.

Now gently ask yourself,

What do I want to carry forward from this month?

It might be a feeling,

A practice,

A boundary,

A softer way of responding to yourself.

Let one word or sensation arise.

There's no need to force it.

Sit with that awareness for a few breaths.

Letting it settle into the body.

This month doesn't need to be completed perfectly.

It only needs to be integrated honestly.

When you're ready,

Slowly return.

Carrying forward what truly supports you.
