Sadness is a natural and human emotion, yet many of us are taught to move past it quickly or push it away. This meditation creates a gentle space to sit with sadness with kindness and compassion. Through breath awareness and attention to the heart space, we allow emotions to be felt without judgment. Rather than fixing or changing what’s here, we practice holding it with care. This meditation supports: • Emotional awareness • Self-compassion • Allowing feelings to move through the body You are not alone in what you feel.
