To begin,
Find a comfortable position and invite gentleness into the body.
Close your eyes,
Bring your attention to the steady flow of your breathing,
And allow your mind to become quiet and relaxed.
Notice any discomfort or tension in the body,
And try to soften around it.
Now,
Connect with the intention to cultivate an open and loving heart.
If there is any resistance,
Notice its presence without pushing it away.
Just let yourself feel whatever you are feeling.
Now imagine that you are surrounded by a beautiful bright light of loving and healing energy.
You can see that this light is extending upward to the heavens above,
And downward,
Deep into the center of the earth.
On your next breath,
Visualize yourself breathing in this brilliant light from above and below.
Breathe the light into your heart space.
As you breathe out,
The light spreads throughout your body and expands outward,
Filling up your aura.
Again,
Breathe the light into your heart space,
And as you exhale,
Feel the light filling up your mind and body,
And expanding outward,
Filling up your aura.
One more time,
Breathing in your brilliant light,
And allowing that light to fill up your body,
Your mind,
Your aura.
As you see yourself within your brilliant aura,
Your energy field of light and love,
You are aware of the unlimited power and presence of love.
You can feel a sense of lightness and expansion as you allow the following words to resonate deeply within your loving heart.
Good morning,
Beautiful soul of mine.
Thank you for always being with me and for guiding me.
I am thankful for this new day.
My intention is to move through this day with a sense of presence and ease.
May I remember to be kind to myself today.
If I start to feel stressed,
May I remember to turn my focus inward once again.
To my heart,
My safe sanctuary of love and compassion.
I am willing to let go of old patterns that no longer serve me.
I am willing to release any energies that feel stuck or stagnant.

And know that you are the essence of pure love,
And you are deeply loved.
