
Deep Sleep Meditation: Sleepy Train
This meditation will help you achieve a restful night’s sleep by guiding you on a relaxing train ride through a picturesque countryside. Listen every night to aid in falling asleep. With practice, you can train yourself to fall asleep effortlessly. Background Music: Letting Go (Delta Waves) by Christopher Lloyd Clarke. Delta waves, the slowest brainwaves, are linked to deep sleep and healing. They promote restorative sleep, reduce stress, and enhance well-being. For an enriched experience with binaural beats, use headphones, but feel free to listen in any way that feels most comfortable. You don’t need to focus on every word. Simply let them flow through you, allowing your subconscious mind to absorb the calming messages. This is the third session in The Deep Sleep Meditation Series by Mary.
