So beginning where you are taking a moment to just find a position that is relaxed and alert.
If you're comfortable gently closing your eyes or just softening your gaze and then just take a couple of easy full breaths.
And now beginning at the feet we'll just begin to gently notice any physical sensation or absence of sensation that is happening in your body right now.
Starting in each feet perhaps noticing where they touch the floor or feeling them in socks or shoes.
Noticing any sensation in the feet moving into the ankles and the lower legs.
You may notice a particular temperature experience,
Feeling of fabric on the skin or you might find a pinching or a burning or a tingling sensation or a sensation of ease.
Just noticing what's happening in the lower legs,
The knees,
The upper legs,
The hips,
The pelvis,
The lower stomach and the lower back,
The stomach area,
The diaphragm,
The upper belly,
The chest,
The heart,
The back,
The shoulders,
Cross the collarbone,
The upper arms,
The elbows,
The lower arms,
The wrists and hands and then traveling back up the arms to the neck and throat,
The chin,
The tongue,
The lips,
The jaw,
The cheeks,
The eyes,
The eyebrows and the forehead and finally the crown of the head.
