In this mini-mindfulness break, we will take less than 90 seconds to invite clarity, ease and aliveness. Together, we will take three mindful breaths - feeling the sensations of breathing in this moment. Practiced regularly, this simple practice can become a cue or homebase in our busy lives. The receptive peaceful experience of the present moment is just a breath (or 3!) away.

In this mini mindfulness break,

We'll take three mindful breaths.

You can do this practice anywhere.

You can do it with your eyes open or closed.

The purpose is to,

As best as you're able,

Bring the focus of your attention to the sensations of your breath for just three breaths.

Let's begin.

You might notice the way the air feels in the nostril or the throat or the belly.

And that's it.
