
Mini-Mindfulness Break: 3 Breaths
In this mini-mindfulness break, we will take less than 90 seconds to invite clarity, ease and aliveness. Together, we will take three mindful breaths - feeling the sensations of breathing in this moment. Practiced regularly, this simple practice can become a cue or homebase in our busy lives. The receptive peaceful experience of the present moment is just a breath (or 3!) away.
