So warm welcome to this energy meditation for the month of June 2026 and we start by taking a few deep breaths.
Then imagine that way you are sitting or lying down.
There is a pillar of red healing earth energy.
That is coming from Mother Earth,
Moving up through you.
Around you,
Covering your body inside and out and continuing up and out into the sky and the universe.
And we now have this red healing earth energy keeping us grounded on this journey.
Then imagine that there is a similar pillar of divine bright light,
A universal energy that is coming from above and is going down through you.
Around you.
Covering your body inside and out and continuing down into mother earth.
We now have this universal energy keeping us balanced on this journey and we take another deep breath.
And if you like,
You can set your intention for this to be a peaceful and peaceful day.
Relaxing journey.
Let your mind know it's ok to step back.
Let your body know it's okay to relax.
And allow your breath to become slow,
Deep.
Let your shoulders sink down,
Your face to relax,
Your neck Then imagine that within your body,
Starting as your heart chakra,
The center of your chest,
There is a blue light,
A dot of blue light that is starting to expand.
This is a healing light that is expanding out,
Covering your body and maybe you see it expand out into the space where you are or as Krill was by you and this healing blue light and energy it is holding you with love and light.
Moving through your body without trying to control it or push it,
It is just here.
And in this light you can let go,
Let go of what is.
If anything is keeping you busy in your thoughts,
Anything that is keeping your energy low,
You sink into this blue light.
That is healing and holding you.
And from this space,
We are moving into the energy of this month,
Feeling whole,
Feeling light.
Feeling one with life.
Open to life.
Accepting of life and knowing that we are safe.
And hell and you can reconnect with this energy at any time,
Throughout the year and years,
Throughout the month.
It is always here for you and we are just staying here a little bit longer.
Maybe observe how you are feeling without judgement,
In your body,
In your mind.
And if there are any parts of you that is still tense or busy,
Mask this energy too.
Move there to help you and then just sit with it.
And when you feel ready,
Take another deep breath.
And you can set your intention for this energy to be with you throughout your day,
Your week,
Your month.
And you can start to come back into your body,
Into the space where you started.
Start to move your hands,
Your feet,
Your neck.
Maybe clap your hands,
Stamp your feet,
Do a little dance.
