Hi,

I am Minow.

Welcome to the quick reset from anxiety,

Stress,

And fear.

The intention of this meditation is a journey to release resistance and to envelope yourself in love,

Calm,

And peace.

I trust that this meditation serves for your highest good.

Let's start by calling your team to support your meditation and your space.

And let's begin.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Enjoy the pleasure of that space between the breath in and the breath out.

An amazing way to allow you to connect with your body and to bring you to the present moment.

Scan your body,

Starting at your head and slowly working your way down.

As you connect with your head,

Identify any resistance.

This might be in the form of physical tightness,

Pain,

Tension,

Emotion,

Or thoughts just circling in your mind.

Take a deep breath in and imagine all of that resistance being removed and released from the top of your head.

Take another deep breath in and continue to imagine all that resistance out through the top of your head.

And one more breath in and imagine all of that resistance flowing out through the top of your head.

Visualize the universal light now entering through the top of your head and showering you with love,

Calm,

And peace.

Slowly move down to scan your throat area.

Once again,

Try to identify any type of resistance,

Physical tightness,

Pain,

Tension,

Any feelings of not being able to express yourself.

If there's any thoughts that enter your mind associated with any of these constraints,

Just become aware of them.

And at this point,

Take a deep breath in and release all of that resistance outside of your neck.

Take a deep breath in and release,

Imagining yourself releasing all of that resistance through the front and the back of your neck.

And one more time,

Take a deep breath in and imagine all of that tension being released.

Take a deep breath in and imagine the universal divine light showering your throat through the front and back of your neck with beautiful love,

Calm,

And peace.

Let's move down,

Arms and hands.

And once again,

Connect with any resistance you might find.

There might be a heaviness on your shoulders,

Physical tightness,

Pain,

Tension,

A feeling of having a burden on your shoulders.

At this point,

We're going to take a deep breath in and release all of that tension.

Deep breath in and imagine all of that resistance flowing out through your hands and the top of your shoulders.

And one last time,

Deep breath in and imagine all of that resistance leaving your shoulders,

Arms,

And hands.

Now,

Once again,

Imagine the beautiful universal light entering through your shoulders,

Down your arms,

And through your hands and showering you with beautiful peace,

Calm,

And love.

Direct your attention to your heart and chest area.

Identify any type of resistance,

Tightness,

Pain,

Feeling of sadness or anger.

Become aware,

Acknowledge,

Appreciate the message your heart,

Your chest area might be telling you.

And at this point,

Let's take a deep breath in and release all of that tension out through the front of your chest and your back.

Once again,

Take a deep breath in and release all of that resistance.

And one last time,

Take a deep breath in and release all of that resistance.

Imagine the beautiful universal energy of light flowing through your chest into your heart area and just filling your cavity up with beautiful love,

Peace,

And calm.

Moving down to your stomach.

Is there any resistance?

Do you feel any pain,

Tension,

Emotion,

Thoughts?

Tap into your stomach area.

Feel,

Appreciate.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Imagine going out through the front or the back of your stomach cavity.

Take another deep breath in and release all of that tension.

And one more deep breath in and release all of that resistance.

Imagine beautiful universal divine light entering through the front and back of your stomach cavity and showering you with beautiful love,

Calm,

And peace light.

Moving to your pelvis area.

Just feel in there.

Tension,

Tightness,

Pain.

Is there anything that area is telling you?

Really slow down,

Feel,

Become aware.

Take a deep breath in and release any pain that you might be holding in your pelvis area.

One more deep breath in and once again release your resistance.

Through the front or back of your pelvis area.

And one last time deep breath in and release all of resistance.

Imagine beautiful universal divine light entering your pelvis through the front and back and showering you with beautiful,

Peaceful,

Calm,

And loving light.

And finally scan your legs and your feet.

Become aware.

Is there any resistance,

Tightness,

Pain?

Listen to your body and see if there is anything that it is telling you.

Any thoughts that pop into your mind.

Acknowledge and appreciate the messages from your body.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Take a deep breath in and release all resistance through the bottom soles of your feet.

And take another deep breath in and release.

Take a deep breath and imagine the beautiful universal divine light filling your feet and your legs with beautiful,

Peace,

Calm,

And loving light.

Breathe in love and breathe out resistance.

Breathe in calm and breathe out resistance.

Breathe and release.

Deep breath in of love and deep breath out.

Breathe in of calm and release.

Deep breath in of peace and release.

Deep breath of love and release.

Deep breath of calm and release.

And deep breath of peace and release.

Deep breath of love and release love.

Deep breath in of calm and deep breath out of calm.

Deep breath in of peace and release.
