Hi,

This is Minal.

Welcome to Emotions as Your Tool to Your Deepest Desires meditation.

The intention of this meditation is to recognize and celebrate your emotions with the recognition that they are the tool for you to calibrate to your deepest desires.

We are blessed in this human experience to feel.

We feel a range of emotions from shame,

Guilt,

Apathy,

Grief,

And fear to our highest vibrations of happiness,

Joy,

Excitement,

Love,

And bliss.

And although we mostly prefer to vibrate at the higher range of the scale,

All emotions are powerful.

And our ability to feel is powerful.

Our ability to experience the full range of emotions is powerful.

Our ability to find compassion for others experiencing their full spectrum of emotions is just powerful.

Your emotions are your tool.

The lower vibration of emotions such as anger,

Fear,

And guilt let us understand when we are out of alignment.

They direct us to articulate our greatest,

Purest desires.

They enable us to connect with our bodies,

Understand the effect of our thoughts,

And identify reactions of our ego towards aligning with our authentic truth.

They are designed to calibrate towards self-worth,

Freedom,

And joy.

Higher vibration emotions such as happiness,

Joy,

Excitement,

Love,

And bliss are an indication that we are on the right track,

That our thoughts and actions are in line with our inner beings and our authentic truths.

Emotions are a compass that leads us towards alignment with inner truth.

Join me in a journey to explore your emotions to guide you to calibrate to your authentic truth.

Let us start with three grounding breaths.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Take a second deep breath in.

Enjoy an extra moment in the gap and release.

Take a third and final deep breath in and release.

Choose an emotion on the range of the spectrum that you would like to explore.

Shame,

Guilt,

Anger,

Fear,

Sadness,

Joy,

Love,

Happiness,

Bliss.

Where do you feel this emotion in your body?

What are the physical sensations?

Is there a particular thought that is coupled with this emotion?

Did you call on this emotion through thinking the thought or did the thought arrive after you called the emotion?

Is the emotion invoked from a situation,

Another person,

Or how you think about yourself?

Become aware of the physical sensations and thoughts associated with the emotion.

Don't overindulge in the feelings but just enjoy the process of seeing your emotion and tasting and sensing the physical nature of the emotion on your body,

The feelings and sensations within your body and just accepting them all.

See if there was resistance to the emotion you chose to explore and start to see if there becomes a spectrum of emotions that you're becoming aware of.

Enjoy the power of using your emotions as an indication of your desires.

Let's investigate if there is any deeper meanings to your emotion.

What is it that this emotion and the associated thoughts are meant to teach you?

What is the bigger picture that is oriented you towards your alignment,

Your growth and expansion?

What is the emotion calibrating you to?

Typically the emotion is a reaction to what is undesired.

What is it that you do not want?

See how clearly you could articulate what is undesired through your emotion.

Once you're able to articulate what is undesired,

Now guide yourself to the opposite.

What is the desire?

For example,

If you had a feeling of being alone or abandoned,

Rejected,

Then the desire is connection,

Association,

Love.

Typically our desires are freedom,

Liberty,

Worthiness and love.

Try to see if you can see what this emotion was guiding you towards your desire.

A desire associated with a relationship,

Maybe a desire for joy,

Peace or connection.

A desire associated with the body,

Maybe a calibration to self-worth or acceptance.

A desire associated with money,

Might be a desire for freedom.

I'll pause a moment to give you the space to acknowledge any messages regarding your emotion.

At this point,

Appreciate the resistance that you encountered.

Your emotions are a tool and a guide for you to gain a deeper understanding of self.

Appreciate your opportunity for growth.

Appreciate that you have become self-aware of your emotions and the desire to calibrate to your deepest desires.

You are on the path towards freedom,

Towards worthiness,

Towards love.

You are on the path towards surrender.

And at this point,

Release,

Release,

Release all of the resistance you connected with,

All of the emotion,

Just release.

Once you've identified the emotions that are guiding you towards calibrating to a place of perhaps freedom,

Connection,

Self-worth,

Peace,

Love or joy,

It is now easy to release and is guiding towards surrender.

Surrender to the universe.

Surrender.

Take a deep breath in and let go of all the resistance you connected with.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Acknowledge that through surrender,

You'll allow all that you desire to be.

Through surrender,

You release all resistance with the recognition that your highest good will always unfold.

I will pause to invoke your surrender to your highest good.

Take a deep breath in of freedom and release.

Take a deep breath in of self-worth and release.

Take a deep breath in of joy and release.

Allow the light of the universal divine to flow from the crown of your head through the soles of your feet.

Let this light infuse you with trust,

Love and surrender.

I will pause to provide an opportunity for these concepts to calibrate.

And if you're so inspired,

Create an intention to honour your emotion or to recalibrate yourself to your authentic truth or any other desire that you are so inspired.

As your day unfolds and you become aware of your emotions,

Gently explore and acknowledge the calibration to your deepest desires.

Choose to surrender and recognize that your emotions serve as a tool to calibrate to your truth.

Celebrate your emotions and your awareness of their power.

These concepts will begin to integrate in your heart,

Mind,

Body and soul.

Celebrate your journey towards your deepest desires.

Celebrate your emotions.

Celebrate your body.

Celebrate your mind.

Celebrate the joy in your journey.

Celebrate you.
