You can affirm that everything around you will be transformed sooner or later.
Everything will end up disintegrating.
Our nature is unstable.
Living implies change,
And this change is a cause of suffering in itself,
At least if we focus on the material conditions or those more linked to this earthly existence.
The reality of impermanence is one of the great pillars on which we can lean to free ourselves from selfishness,
Since its understanding leads us to detachment.
In this way we become aware of the nonsense of making too much effort to obtain personal gratifications and at the same time emerges by contrast that ineffable entity whose existence is not dependent,
Not created,
Eternal.
Imagine that you decide to leave behind the pain,
The worries,
The desires and let yourself turn off little by little,
Resting in the sensations of this moment.
You let yourself die.
You let yourself go definitely.
Perhaps you are experiencing great relief,
A great serenity.
Try to instill this lightness into your next activity.
