This audio is a recapitulation of the third session of the course: INGREDIENTS FOR AWAKENING II. To activate our practice and maintain our discipline, we need to be motivated...either by our beliefs or by the results we are achieving.

If you believe that this is true, That our inner technology can bring us closer to the divine, This should be our fundamental task, Precisely because it is the most exalted one. As expressed in the Gospels of Luke and Matthew, Seek first the kingdom of God, And everything else will be given to you as well. It is the very same practice that will gradually dissolve the egoic desire, Giving rise to a more genuine and inclusive motivation. To help our effort come from a pure origin, Leave those expectations in the background, And do your thing, Do your work, Fulfill your commitments, And dedicate a few minutes a day to fully perceive the reality that constitutes you. Let go of any type of direction that does not give you a break, Or allow you to appreciate these sensations that are appearing within you. If you are perceiving in a slightly different and more pleasant way, Familiarize yourself with these sensations. Light is here. Clarity is here at your fingertips.
