Dr Lowri Sian Wilkie

Lowri is an accredited mindfulness and MBSR teacher, as well as a 500 hour yoga teacher. Her workshops, classes and meditations aim to promote connection to the mind, body, others and planet. She is also an academic who's research includes how contemplative science can contribute to positive societal and systems change.
