
Sink Into Being Self-Inquiry Meditation

This meditation invites you to shift into the awareness at the core of your being. Grounding through the senses is used at the beginning to create a solid base from which to explore your internal world, the technique is then introduced, followed by a period of silence for you to simply sink into Being. Guidance in grounding through your senses is used again at the end to aid in the move back from your inner world to the outer world. Feel free to get in touch and share your experience with me.
