
Acceptance Meditation

Acceptance can help you validate your emotional experience, give yourself compassion, and in turn take effective action. This meditation will take you into a state of relaxation, and invite you to accept what is. There are 5 minutes of silence towards the end of the meditation for you to sink into a deeper state of calm, before being gently guided back out.
