Today we're going to focus on cleansing our energy and protecting it.
Let us start by taking three deep inhalations and exhalations together.
Breathe in for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and breathe out for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and breathe in for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and breathe out for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and your last breath,
Breathe in for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and breathe out for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and just come back to normal breathing.
First we're going to cleanse your energy.
I'd like you to imagine a beautiful waterfall of silver light energy above your head right now.
Imagine these drops of silver energy falling down upon you ever so gently,
Ever so lovingly.
This rainfall is cleansing any energy that's stagnant within you.
This waterfall is cleansing any negative thoughts,
Any negative vibrations.
Everything is simply melting away.
Allow yourself to breathe deeply as you let the magic of the universe cleanse your body,
Your mind and your soul.
As the waterfall soothes your vibration,
You find yourself becoming very calm and at peace.
You feel the energy of your body become lighter as you relax deeper in this meditation.
The waterfall above you has completely cleansed your energy now.
Let us now imagine a beautiful protective bubble to protect your energy so that you can start your day.
With your imagination,
Imagine drawing a circle around your body.
It can be any colour,
It can be any texture,
Any thickness.
Just imagine a protective circle.
And in this space,
Your energy is protected.
Say that in your mind or out loud.
My energy is protected.
Everything is perfect right now in this moment.
And you may open your eyes and start your day.
