Welcome to today's meditation with Phoebe Godsworthy.
This meditation is to help you accept your life.
To begin we're going to take three deep inhalations and exhalations together.
Breathe in for one two three four five and breathe out for one two three four five and breathe in for one two three four five and breathe out for one two three four five and your last breath breathe in for one two three four five and breathe out two three four five and now just come back to normal breathing.
Notice how you have calmed your body down using just your breath.
Your breath is your greatest tool to support the harmonization of your emotional energy.
I'd like you to to now imagine that you are sitting on a beach.
The sun is shining in the far horizon.
It is radiating with pure love and light energy.
You are absorbing this energy and feeling completely at peace.
They're slowly moving in front of you.
It is glistening with raw beauty and flowing with grace.
The world is in harmony all around you.
You can feel the energy of your soul deeply within you.
You know that you are not alone for you can feel the entire cosmic universe all around you.
You are always being guided along your pathway here on earth.
There is no need to worry or stress because everything in your life is exactly as it should be.
Everything in your life is right on time.
There is a deep knowing within you that all is okay.
That knowing is the voice of your soul,
Your intuition.
It is reminding you of your power.
It is reminding you to let go of any judgment or resistance to what is and it is asking you to surrender into the flow of your life and to trust that everything is as it should be.
As you sit here feeling the sun upon your body and looking out to the sea you hear the voice of your intuition speak clearly within you.
It is saying I accept my life as it is right at this moment.
I trust that everything in my life is always happening for my greatest good.
I release any expectations and surrender into the flow of life.
I trust that I am being guided to where I need to go.
I am grateful for all of the lessons in my life.
I let go of fear and I embrace peace and love in all areas of my life.
I have faith that everything in my life will work out for the best.
I am at peace with my past and I am open to new experiences that come my way.
I embrace any challenges in my life as opportunities for growth and transformation.
I am worthy of love,
Happiness and peace and I accept these gifts graciously.
I surrender into the present moment and trust that the universe will provide for me.
I am exactly where I need to be in my journey.
I trust my soul,
My heart and my intuition.
I am at peace.
