Today, Liz is feeling a deep weariness. Instead of heading out, she’s choosing to stay inside, quietly watching the grey clouds drift past. In today’s 5 Minutes in Nature, she recognised that her inner wisdom was gently inviting her to slow down — to hunker down — and to let go of the “shoulds” and “oughts.” Let this be a reminder to tune into your own wisdom today. If it’s calling you to pause, to rest, or to take a little time for yourself, allow yourself the grace to listen.
