Day 45 - You Are Not Alone - April 27

Today, on the 45th day of her pilgrimage, Liz stands in the Michael energy current she has been faithfully tracking. At a place called Eye in England, between an ancient church and a weathered castle mound, she feels a deep, spiritual nourishment stirring within her. In this moment of alignment with the current, Liz senses the quiet presence of ancestral wisdom—patient, enduring, and ready to be heard again. She also comes to realize she is not alone in this search; others too are reaching out to reconnect with this ancient understanding.

Hello and welcome to Five Minutes in Nature with me Liz Scott and you join me on day 45 of my pilgrimage as I follow the Mary and Michael energy currents across England. And today I've had the most delightful day following the Michael current to begin with through different churches and then catching up with the Mary current at the end of the day. I'm at a place just outside a place called Skoll and I was hoping to maybe get another mile under my belt but I realised that my legs are tired and I just don't want to push myself. This isn't a race so I've paused and I'm waiting for my husband to find me and pick me up from where I am at the was visiting a place called EYE like the eye you have on your face and just excuse the traffic noise I'm on a it is a quiet lane but I'm on a junction so there will be a few cars going by and EYE is on the Michael energy current and it was interesting because I actually when I was originally plotting the route when I read about EYE I changed the route that I was going to do. I was planning to follow just Mary the Mary current today but something really drew me to EYE and so that's where I went and one of the lovely things about EYE is that the Michael current runs through the church which is a very very grand looking church and it also runs through the mound with a castle on top and it's a it's the ruins of a castle and the castle was actually there was originally a sort of a an old castle there but the ruins you see there at the moment are Victorian but it's a very distinctive mound in the town so I climbed up to the mound climbed up onto the castle and then there's a viewing platform where you can look back to the church and it was there that I could see the church tower I was aligned completely I knew that Michael current went through the church tower it went through the mound I knew I was absolutely on that current and I experienced such a thrill such a thrill and it wasn't just a thrill of finding something and discovering something it was a thrill of knowing at some level spiritually I was being recharged I was being recharged this is an ancient energy current and I was on it and at some level I could feel it it's really hard to put into words and as I've been on my pilgrimage I have been curious about what these energy currents are I don't know what they are I can't explain it I've read descriptions from other people but it's all theoretical nobody really knows but when I had that experience today I absolutely knew that reconnecting with these currents reconnecting with the land reconnecting with the ancient wisdom of our ancestors is vital absolutely vital as we move forward as humankind if we don't reconnect with the wisdom if we don't reconnect with that wisdom we are lost it is waiting for us to find it again so today I've been deeply immersed in both the Michael energy current and the Mary energy current and I've been deeply feeling the spiritual nourishment that comes from being on a reflective journey a reflective journey where you are deepening your own understanding this pilgrimage is me deepening my understanding is deepening my spiritual roots and helping me find a place in this world and I guess I just want to say if this resonates to you know that you're not alone we are not alone there are people like us out there who are wanting to understand are wanting to reconnect are wanting to feel that energy from the ancient line of our ancestors and if that is you then I just want you to know that you are not alone we are not alone and there's just something to know that you're not strange you're not odd you're not weird you are not alone and I would so strongly encourage you to follow the path that you are drawn to explore
