Find a comfortable shape,

Seated or lying down.

Then invite the breath to get a little bit fuller,

A little bit deeper.

With each inhale,

Can you bring movement into the low ribs,

The side ribs?

Followed by a long,

Slow exhale.

An invitation to sigh,

Hum,

Or moan out on those exhales.

Clearing out if that feels natural for you.

As you're ready,

You can let go of the effort over the breath,

Allowing the breath to move effortlessly.

And begin to coil your attention,

Your awareness inside.

Can you start to feel into the places where your body connects down to the earth beneath you?

And as you consciously feel into these points of contact between your body and the earth,

Allow yourself to sink down,

To soften,

To melt.

Feel into the eyebrows and the jaw.

Invite the brow and jaw to soften,

To relax,

Release.

Feel into the back of the head and into the point where the neck connects to the head.

Feel down the back of the neck and into the space of the throat.

Head and neck,

Soften,

Relax,

Release.

Bring attention into the chest.

Can you soften the armor around the heart center?

The muscles around the chest soften and relax.

Can you feel the movement of breath in and out of the body?

Feel the breath move the body.

Uniting mind,

Body,

And breath as one.

And can you feel into the pulsing of the heartbeat,

The drumming in the chest?

Can you feel the energy in the body as you relax?

Can you feel the energy in the body as you relax?

Can you feel the energy in the body as you relax?

Can you feel the energy in the body as you relax?

Can you feel the energy in the body as you relax?

Can you feel the energy in the body as you relax?

Can you feel the energy in the body as you relax?

Feeling into the whole body.

Whole body,

Relax,

Release.

Soften,

Let go.

And as the body softens,

The awareness sharpens to feel more,

To notice more,

To experience more of this moment.

How is it now?

Without striving,

Can you expand your awareness slightly beyond the boundaries of your skin?

Blurring the edges of where you end and the rest of nature begins.

And in this state of surrender,

Calling in your guides,

Angels,

Ancestors,

Any higher power you work with,

Calling them into this space,

Into your life,

To guide insight,

To guide alignment with your highest expression at this point in time.

And now sweet one,

Bring into your mind's eye a vision of yourself at your best.

This could be a memory or a future projection that you are creating.

Allow this vision to start to unfold in your mind as though you are looking at it through your own eyes.

And in this vision of you at your best,

Who are you being?

What are you choosing?

Notice how you carry yourself,

How you speak to yourself,

How you treat yourself and others.

What are you doing?

Who are you helping?

And in this vision,

What is possible?

As this vision unfolds first in the mind,

Start to bring it alive in your body,

In your being.

Let your physiology respond.

The joy,

The love,

The purpose,

The healing.

Let it start to come into the body,

To come into your experience in this moment.

Allow your entire being to recalibrate to this vision.

Let this vision be more real than anything else.

Breathe life into it.

Breathe life into your becoming.

Let this vision be more real than anything else.

Breathe life into it.

Let this vision be more real than anything else.

Stay with it.

Cultivate the inner world to match this outer world of your vision.

As you practice this,

Sweet one,

You become everything you seek.

You are the answer to your prayers.

In your own time,

Allow the vision to soften,

To fade from the mind's eye,

And continue to feel into the vibration it created in your being.

This is your truth.

This is your nature.

You are masking in the afterglow of this visualization as long as you like.

When you are ready to move back into your day,

Take a few full breaths.

Feel into the changes you've created with your breath,

With your awareness,

With your commitment to yourself.

And as you reawaken and move back into your day,

You bring with you the highest expression of your being.
