So this guided practice is used to spark a remembrance of your soul wealth,
The kind of wealth that yes,
Fills your bank account,
But also enriches your entire life.
This practice is designed to shift your energy in such a way that who you are becoming on the way to your financial goals is the wealth.
It is the process.
It is the most enriching piece.
Let's get started.
So you can either lie down or stay seated.
And I want you to close the eyes or rest the gaze as the breath starts to deepen.
Now as you inhale,
I want you to breathe movement into the low ribs,
The side ribs,
Let them expand,
Followed by long,
Slow exhales.
Every inhale,
An invitation to feel a little more deeply into your being,
Into your body.
In every exhale,
An active surrendering of the stories and the habitual emotions that keep you stuck,
A surrendering to divine will,
To something beyond your limited egoic mind.
So we are softening that on the exhale and tuning in on the inhale.
As you feel into your body,
Let it soften,
Consciously unraveling the tension,
The gripping,
The holding patterns,
As we consciously move the body into a state of ease.
Because money is not just a mindset,
In many stories,
Our wealth stories are carried in our bodies,
Carried from our ancestral lineage.
So our most profound transformation requires us to be in our body and to recalibrate the vibration of body,
Mind,
And energy.
Feel into your belly,
Your solar plexus,
Your power center,
And relax it.
Feel deeply into that belly and relax it more.
Feel into your jaw and let the jaw release.
Soften the expression on your face as you release the mask you've been conditioned into.
And as you soften this mask,
You create space for true expression to rise.
Feel a softening behind the eyes as your vision turns inward.
Allow a melting of the energetic cords that draw your attention into the external environment.
And just for this moment,
This practice,
Come home.
Come home to the richness,
The truth,
The pulsing of life inside of you,
Drawing inwards.
Feel your body rooting down into the earth as you notice the contact points between your body and whatever you are resting on.
Deeply feel into those points of contact and let yourself sink into the support that is here to hold you.
Surrender the flesh and bones to the pull of gravity as you root into your humanness,
As you root into this embodiment.
Shift your awareness to your crown and start to imagine an energetic spiraling open through the crown,
Consciously calling in divine inspiration,
Calling in the god or goddess of your own unique understanding,
Calling the creator to be present here now,
Inviting them in.
Feel your being in this moment suspended between the earth and sky,
A holy vessel of hope,
Of impact,
Of change.
Feel for your heartbeat.
Feel the pulsing of electricity and magnetism within you.
Feel the buzzing of life force,
Of prana,
As you start to expand your awareness beyond the borders of your skin.
All wealth rises from your connection to life force,
To humanity,
And to inspiration from the divine.
We are creating a wealth of abundance,
Financial freedom,
Time freedom,
Radiant health,
Joy,

As you root into this prana,

As you root to the earth and expand into the cosmos,
