Hello,
Hello sweet one.
I want to guide you through a meditation that will take you out of the biochemistry of stress and bring you back into a resting state,
Back into a state of digestion and renewal and creativity,
Back into a state where you can think clearly and tune into your intuition and fall into a state of faith.
You can take this meditation sitting up or lying down,
Your choice.
And as you find this comfortable shape,
Invitation to deepen the breath,
Starting to breathe space between the ribs as your awareness starts to land in your body.
With every inhale,
Can you soften the belly and allow the breath to bring movement into the belly,
Not pushing the belly out but letting the diaphragm expand down with that full inhale.
And as the diaphragm moves,
Your soft belly will move with it.
And then long,
Slow,
Complete exhales.
Drop your awareness into the jaw and allow the jaw to soften,
Releasing tension,
Dropping awareness into the energetic heart center,
Into the chest and continue breathing in a way that brings movement into this space.
And as you melt the armor of the heart with your awareness,
Start to get a sense of the left and right sides of the body starting to melt away from each other,
Landing your awareness on the belly.
And again,
Just bringing a sense of softness,
Loosening your grip on control and letting this power center be flooded with a sense of faith and trust for just this moment.
What if you surrendered to the idea that everything will be okay,
That you do not have to micromanage the details of your life.
At the very least,
You don't have to do that for this moment.
So soften sweet one and then soften more.
Awareness lands in the pelvis,
Letting the pelvis really sink down towards the earth.
And then feeling into the legs and the feet and letting the whole lower body sink down,
Down,
Down,
Down.
Letting yourself surrender to the pull of gravity.
The great mother that always draws us towards her in this moment,
Can you soften and sink into her support,
Softening your resistance to life and letting the energy of the earth,
The energy of your breath,
The vibration and pulsation of your spirit recalibrate your body,
Your mind,
Your energy,
Starting to bring awareness into the borders of your skin,
Feeling into the texture of whatever fabric is against your body.
Feeling into the points of pressure between your body and whatever surface you are sitting or lying on.
And then sweet one starting to coil that awareness a little more deeply inside,
Feeling into your flesh.
Feeling deeply into the body and invite it to soften and then soften more.
Coiling in a little bit more deeply feeling into your bones and feeling into the marrow inside your bones.
Without seeking or striving,
Can you soften to feel more?
Can you listen and feel for the vibration of life inside you?
The unique signature of your soul energy.
Soften and feel.
Can you notice more?
Keep this softness of the body,
This openness of the mind.
And now start to expand your awareness from the bones into the flesh and back into the skin.
And then sweet one without striving start to notice if you can expand your awareness to sense into the space beyond the borders of your skin.
The body,
The mind continue to embrace effortlessness as the awareness expands to feel more,
To expand and sense beyond this physical body.
And in this place of expanded awareness,
Allow yourselves,
Your blood,
Your nervous system,
Your mind to remember your true nature.
There is no doing here.
Only softening,
Surrendering,
And remembering your truth.
In this expanded state,
Sweet one,
What if you let all of the tension drip out of your being?
And in doing so,
Open yourself more deeply to the magic and mystery of life.
Breathe in to possibility.
Breathe life into your infinite creative potential.
And in this moment,
Choose a quality that you wish to cultivate in your life,
A quality that you wish to embody in the way you show up to your life.
And allow yourself to bring this quality,
This emotion,
This trait.
Breathe it to life inside of you so that you start to become the love you seek.
You start to become the peace you seek.
Raise your energy.
Breathe in and allow life to move through you as you become the answer to your own prayers.
Letting your blood,
Your body,
Your mind become familiar with this unique vibration.
Letting your body,
Your mind become familiar with this unique vibration.
And now starting to pull your awareness back into this body,
Back into the borders of the skin,
Back into the flesh,
The bones,
The blood.
Let your attention land on the breath and start to deepen the breath.
Again,
Breathing space between the ribs.
A little bit long,
Slow exhales.
Counting the breaths up from one to eight.
And every breath brings your attention more deeply into this renewed body,
Into this new state of being.
Each breath bringing you back to this body and this space that you are in.
And as you're ready,
You can start to wake up through the fingers,
The toes,
Bringing whatever little movements into the body that you feel called to make.
And when you are ready,
Sweet one,
You can open the eyes and ease back into your day.
Maintaining this vibration,
Moving from an unshakable center,
Rooted in faith and trust in yourself and in the universe or the creator.
And as you go back into your day,
The goal is to bring this peace into the chaos of the world instead of absorbing the chaos of the world into yourself.
