Hi my name is Lisa and this is a mirror meditation to manifest pride,
Confidence,
And gratitude.
If you hate looking at yourself in the mirror,
And you find it to be awkward or unnatural and will take you out of a space of peace,
You can always have the option of not doing this meditation with the tool of the mirror.
But if maybe you are ready to look at yourself and send yourself waves of pride,
Compassion,
And gratitude,
Then I would highly recommend doing this in front of a mirror as a morning or night time or afternoon pep talk when you need it.
So with that,
Either stand in front of your mirror or come to any comfortable seated position or lie on down.
We are going to tune the frequency of comparison,
Self-doubt,
And self-bullying radio to you are a badass radio.
So take a nice big deep inhale,
And exhale the rest of the world out.
Tune in to yourself,
Let the rest go.
If you are not doing this in front of a mirror,
Visualize yourself in your mind's eye.
Gaze into the beauty of your own eyes.
See your eyes,
The light,
The things they have seen,
The things they have visualized.
There is strength in your eyes,
In your bones,
There is love,
There is compassion,
Though sometimes we forget that that's there.
And in this mind,
This body,
This soul within your eyes,
Know that it holds millions of stories.
And as you continue to gaze at yourself,
Repeat this affirmation,
I see you,
And take a moment to see yourself through the eyes of pride.
What are you most proud of yourself for?
What are you most proud of?
That you have overcome?
That you have manifested?
This is the time to validate yourself,
To acknowledge yourself,
Regardless of what the outside world says or doesn't say.
And from here,
Repeat the affirmation,
I thank you,
I thank you.
And how do you express gratitude to yourself?
What are you grateful to yourself for?
Taking this moment to truly thank yourself,
Letting that in,
And repeating the last and most important affirmation.
Tell yourself this affirmation,
I love you,
I love you.
Know that you are deserving of your own love.
Self-criticism or abuse or bullying cannot make you happier,
Self-hatred can't free you from narratives that weigh you down,
But when you take a moment to love yourself in the way that you know you deserve to be loved,
In the way you want to be loved,
That plants the seed of self-compassion,
Of pride,
Of gratitude within yourself,
And you can grow from there.
You are worthy of growing from this place.
You are worthy of growing into your power and stepping into your power from this place.
And from here,
Any other words you wish to tell yourself,
You can pause the audio and tell yourself these words,
I see you,
Thank you,
I love you.
See yourself,
Thank yourself,
Love yourself,
For you are worthy of seeing yourself and being grateful to yourself,
And loving who you are.
