Hi,
My name is Liza and welcome to this morning meditation for waking up when it's extremely hard to do so,
When it may seem challenging.
Taking a nice big deep inhale into the body.
Dying out.
Maybe you're still lying down.
Maybe you're sitting slightly up.
It doesn't really matter,
But take a position that really works for you,
That really allows you to just be.
Take a nice big deep breath in and sigh out.
And from this space,
Allow yourself to cultivate acknowledgement.
Tune on into the physical body.
And notice without judgment or criticism how you feel.
From here,
You can label the feelings,
Physically tired,
Aches,
Pain,
Antsy,
Impatient,
Lethargic,
But begin to label these physical sensations with one word or a phrase.
Believe in a song.
Big deep inhale and gentle exhale.
Now begin to notice the emotions.
And begin to label the emotions with one word,
A phrase,
A song.
And image.
Let the mind and body say their peace without judgment or attaching to a storyline.
Let yourself hold space and welcome in all that you are feeling,
Even if you don't love what you are feeling.
And you maybe imagine what your ideal day would look like for you today.
A day where life takes place outside of bed and happiness,
Freedom,
Love,
And new opportunities takes space outside of just wanting to stay cozy in your bed.
What if adventure and a gorgeous day of experience awaits you?
What if by waking up and placing your feet on the ground as challenging as it may be,
What if this could be one of the best days of your life?
So go ahead and visualize an ideal day.
Let the mind and body say their peace without judgment or attaching to a storyline,
And Notice how that feels on the body.
Notice how it changes your breathing.
And you can invite this energy into your waking reality.
You can manifest this day by simply embodying the energy of your vision.
Invite these feelings in and repeat these affirmations after me.
This day is filled with mystery and promise.
I have so much to look forward to today.
I handle each moment with grace and compassion.
I am enough.
The feelings of now do not define my day.
I honor my magic and cultivate all that I am worthy of,
All that I deserve.
I am surrounded by love.
From this space of knowing you have the power to manifest this vision for your day,
Regardless of how you may be feeling now,
What are you grateful for?
And more importantly,
What do you have in your life that brings you joy?
What do you have in your life that brings you such joy,
Such love,
That reminds you that life is beautifully lived,
Not hiding yourself from the world,
But opening yourself up to it?
Opening yourself up to the endless possibilities.
And all that awaits you.
And from here,
Mixing gratitude,
Acknowledgement,
And your vision and power to manifest a brilliant day ahead.
Take a nice big deep inhale into the body.
Exhale.
And set an intention for this day for yourself.
Breathe in and exhale.
I am going to count you down from five.
Begin to slowly wiggle your fingers and toes,
Begin to move in a way that feels good for you,
Begin to slowly wake the body up,
Coax it into waking state.
Inhale.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Rise,
My friend,
Rise to me the day ahead.
You have this.
Take it one step at a time.
And I thank you so much for meditating with me and getting up with me.
