This is a meditation for focus and productivity towards manifesting a happier and healthier life.
Take a moment to ground down,
Whether it be lying down because you feel heavy and overwhelmed,
Or sitting up in your own comfortable seated position,
Lengthening through the spine,
Closing the eyes.
Just take a moment to tune on in to the body.
How do you feel at this present moment?
And what drew you to click on this meditation?
And most likely,
It's because you may be avoiding a specific task that you know needs to get done,
Because it will lead you to a happier,
Healthier life,
Towards your dreams and goals.
But for now,
Take a moment,
Without judgment or self-criticism,
To tune on in to how you feel.
Notice the quality of your breath,
How your physical body feels,
And without judgment and with an abundance of compassion,
Really tune in to what's going on today.
Recognizing the feelings.
And in this space of recognition,
Take a nice big deep inhale into the body.
And sigh it out.
Two more breaths.
Big deep inhale.
And exhale.
Last big deep breath in.
And sigh it out.
Begin to clear the mind of any excess clutter,
Anything that doesn't serve you.
Begin to feel light and free,
Knowing that you do not need to do anything at this present moment besides this meditation.
And as you begin to clear the mind,
Bring into focus one thing that has been calling for you,
One thing that needs to be done.
Try not to attach a storyline of self-criticism,
Or how long it has taken you,
Or how you feel,
Or any negative feelings towards this task.
Really just visualize yourself and the task at hand,
Tuning in to how you feel.
And again,
In a space of compassion,
As if you're unaware of your own life circumstances,
As if you're discovering this for the first time,
Just begin to ponder on to the idea of why.
Why is this calling to you?
What is the energy behind this task?
And whether the task be simple or seemingly complicated,
Just take a moment to recognize why this task is calling you again without any judgment,
Without any criticism.
Take a nice big deep inhale into this task,
And sigh out.
One more time,
Big deep breath in,
Exhale,
Recognizing why.
Now as you visualize this task,
Begin to think of all the benefits you will receive,
Or others,
Or both,
From completing this task.
What are some positive benefits?
As you begin to think of the positive benefits,
Begin to narrow it down to the best possible outcome you can receive from completing this task,
Even if it is seemingly fantastical,
Or out of the realm of possibilities.
Simply think and begin to visualize.
Begin to visualize yourself receiving all positive rewards and benefits from completing this task,
From receiving the best possible outcome.
Think about all the people you have benefited from this task.
Think about your loved ones you have benefited.
Think about how you have benefited those within your own workspace.
Think about your health overall.
Visualize it,
Feel it,
Feel yourself experiencing these benefits.
See it happening as if it is happening right before your eyes.
And how do you feel?
Begin to breathe into these feelings of positivity,
Breathe into this vision,
Exhaling,
Letting the feelings radiate throughout the body,
Allowing yourself to feel excited,
To feel this motivation from everything you have created,
From the joy,
The happiness,
And the positive feelings you have created by completing this task.
Allow yourself to feel how much closer you are to your goals in your dream life,
Visualizing you at your happiest in your dream life.
Feeling and understanding that your dream life and the goals towards that are one and the same.
Now begin to bring that task that you have yet to complete into view,
Again,
No judgement,
No criticism,
Bring it back into view.
Begin and visualize yourself just simply starting this task,
And begin to repeat these affirmations to yourself.
I am proud of me.
I am proud of me.
I am proud of me.
I am worthy of all positive benefits and results I will receive when I complete this task.

Starting this task means I am achieving and living out all my goals and dreams.

When you have completed this task in your waking reality,
Try not to bombard yourself with more to-do lists.
Take a moment to revel in the achievement.
Feel the positive vibrations that you visualized in this meditation from completing this task.
Know you are worthy.
Know that when you approach these tasks and just begin to start them,
You are in the midst of living a happier and healthier life.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes and go ahead and begin this task with fresh new energy and perspective.
