Hello,
And welcome to Day 10 of Insight Timer's Building Healthy Habits Challenge.
Let's take a moment to get settled.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and exhale out.
Let's dive into today's healthy habit.
The practice of manifestation is sometimes confused with the idea that you can think all your desires and your life into existence.
I would argue that the practice of manifestation is a constant dance of tools and ideas that work together to help you realize that you have immense power to learn,
Evolve,
And cultivate the life you deserve,
Whether it be day to day,
Week to week,
Or for years to come.
For today's practice,
We'll be using my favorite tools of manifestation to help you set a clear intention for something you may genuinely need for yourself and to realign with your power.
So take a nice big deep inhale into the body.
And exhale,
Sigh out.
Let go.
Two more breaths.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Last big deep breath in and sigh out.
Take a moment to simply invite yourself into a space of letting go.
And begin to release the world around you.
Allow this moment to just be for you.
Let go of the outside world and recognize that nothing else matters right now but this moment.
Begin to release tension within the toes,
The ankles,
The knees,
The calf muscles,
And the shins.
Release tension within the inner thighs and lower back and glute muscles and pelvis.
Feel the body becoming one with the earth underneath you.
Breathe in and sigh out.
Release tension in the lower back and within the belly.
Feel the belly expand on every inhale and soften on every exhale like the rising and falling of an ocean tide.
Feel the chest expand and soften.
Take a moment to simply invite yourself to observe how you are here presently.
Feel the beating of your own heart within your chest.
Release any tension in the jaw,
The neck,
The face,
The space between the brows and the crown of the head.
From shoulders to elbows,
From elbows to fingertips,
Just allow yourself to let go,
To simply be without even trying.
Begin to notice your thoughts,
Maybe even label them past,
Future,
Emotion.
Maybe in this space of just letting go.
And I invite you to visualize you at your absolute happiest.
And if you have a hard time visualizing,
Maybe it's the feeling or a memory of when you are truly feeling happy and free.
Let go.
Feel this within your body and your bones coursing through every cell of your being.
Let go.
And know that this is your alignment.
And if you can think this vision,
If this vision is within your bones,
Within your body,
You can bring it into existence in your everyday waking reality.
Because even this meditation right now began with a thought.
Know that this vision of happiness is you in your power.
And let us clean the slate of our mind,
Our consciousness,
So that we can invite this energy more into our life with affirmations.
You can choose to simply listen to these affirmations or you can repeat these affirmations to yourself.
I am worthy of happiness.
I have the power to cultivate the life I deserve.
I untether myself from fear.
I untether myself from doubts.
I am whole.
I am enough.
I trust I'm exactly where I am meant to be.
I step into my power,
Embracing all of me.
I have the power.
I am divine.
Happiness is my birthright.
I release all that is out of my control and tune into the power of what is in my control.
I validate myself and release outside need for approval.
I am free from all that does not serve me.
And go ahead and allow yourself the space,
The freedom to release all that does not serve you and tune into your vision of you at your happiest.
Go ahead and set an intention that helps bring you into alignment with your vision.
Breathe in.
Sigh out.
You have everything you need to create the life you deserve.
All you need is to place the power back into your own hands,
Taking it one step at a time.
And go live your intention,
