You can go ahead and lie on down.
The sound of the crystal bowls are very relaxing,
So I invite you to really get comfortable,
Get a blanket,
A pillow,
Whatever you'd like.
Take a nice big deep inhale into the body.
And exhale,
Sigh out,
Let go.
Begin to relax the muscles around the feet,
The ankles,
And the lower body.
Take a nice big deep inhale into the lower body and sigh out,
Let go.
Breathing into your belly,
The chest,
And feeling the energy of relaxation radiate from shoulders to fingertips,
Inhaling.
And exhale.
Releasing tension from the upper body,
The jaw,
The neck,
Even the eyes begin to soften as you let go.
And as you are here in complete and total deep relaxation,
Begin to visualize what you would love to invite into your life,
Love,
Abundance,
Opportunities,
Whatever it is you wish to invite in.
And go ahead and visualize yourself living that vision at your absolute happiest.
And as you visualize,
Allow the crystal bowls or the vibrations of the crystal bowls to take you on a journey.

Begin to visualize yourself living that vision at your absolute happiest.
