Our minds tend to be addicted or prone to hanging on to anxiety, because it’s sometimes easier to expect trauma, then it is to simply trust everything will be okay. In this affirmation meditation we will visualize a temple of our inner peace where we can release worries and cares to this temple, to remind ourselves that peace is within us, waiting for us to simply tap into it.

Hi,

My name is Lisa and this is a meditation to release yourself from the mind addiction of anxiety.

Take a nice big deep inhale and exhale and take a moment to simply visualize your life worry free,

Anxiety free,

The what if monster free.

What would life look like if anxiety wasn't in the equation?

Because waking up every morning and beginning your day shouldn't be a request for perfection.

It should be an opportunity to allow yourself to live,

To give yourself permission to be happy,

To give yourself permission to risk falling,

To achieve light.

The worries,

The fears just weigh us down from this space honoring that it is time to really let go of that fear,

Of that worry,

Of the what if monster.

Begin to visualize an inner temple of peace.

Go deep within the self and continue to visualize this inner temple,

The sacred temple where only peace can live here and let the rest go.

At the center of this temple there is a fire,

A cleansing fire.

And if the element of fire does not bring you peace,

Then maybe you can visualize earth or water or a wind tunnel being at the center of this temple.

And begin to repeat this affirmation as you release worry into the element of your choice.

I give myself permission to release this anxiety to the temple.

Repeat the affirmation.

I allow thoughts of the past and worries of the future to be released here.

I know I am safe here.

I am protected.

I give myself permission to let go.

And if you can notice any part of the body that's holding on,

Let that go.

Give yourself permission to break up with anxiety,

With worries,

With cares,

Knowing that from this space you can be a conduit of peace.

Breathe in and sigh out.

Let go.

Set an intention for yourself that allows you to stay in alignment with this energy of peace and letting go.

Breathe in slow for 4,

3,

2,

1,

Exhale,

Let it go.

You are exactly where you are meant to be,

My friend.

Release everything else.

Trust.

Namaste.

Very calming voice, and I love the visualization of the temple. One note about the filters we select: i always filter to find tracks without music and this does have background music. This happens every so often in the app and I don't know who can address it, whether it's the teacher or the system administrators.

How many others out there are suffering from election anxiety for America and around the world? Your words were so soothing and reassuring to my heart and soul this morning. I am calling on Divine Spirit, I am calling on my mother and father and all those who have gone before to gather immense forces together and bring forth a right election outcome for our freedoms and for our planet. Your words calmed my anxiety immensely. Thank you with much love!💕

Thank you. I’ve been dogged by anxiety recently, worrying about a future I can’t see or control. Thank you for reminding me that my mind sometimes clings to worry because that’s my habit from childhood. I’m letting go and trusting in the universe to meet my needs. Thanks again!
