This is a manifestation Moon meditation designed to help you manifest,
Reflect,
And let go of what doesn't serve you on your journey of your life,
All that you desire,
And all that you deserve.
This meditation can be interactive if you wish,
And you can start to journal as you go throughout the meditation,
Or journal after.
So go ahead and come to your comfortable seated position,
Or go ahead and lie on down.
And take a nice big deep inhale into the body,
Breathing in.
And exhale to sigh it out,
Letting go,
Releasing.
Breathing in.
And exhale,
Sighing it out.
Last big deep inhale into the body,
Breathing in.
And exhale,
Letting it go,
Letting everything go,
And tuning on into the present moment,
As you are clear here,
Preparing this space to get really focused on what you want and deserve.
Begin to visualize a white light surrounding you,
So that you are protected in your vision,
That there is no outside circumstances,
Nothing that can sway you from this meditation.
And if thoughts that do not serve you begin to distract you from the present moment,
Just allow yourself to slowly continue to breathe in,
Breathe out,
And return back to the present moment,
Imagining the white light protecting you and surrounding you.
As you breathe in peace,
Happiness,
And tranquility,
And sigh everything else out,
Let go.
And begin to visualize a dark night sky,
With stars decorating every corner of your imagination.
It's just you in this bubble of peace and safety as you gaze up at this gorgeous galaxy around you.
Breathe on into the expansiveness and the power that you are here right now in the midst of all these planets and energy,
And exhale letting go of anything that doesn't serve you.
As we tune on into the energy of the new moon,
And maybe you can just picture a sliver of a circle in the sky,
Knowing that this represents new beginnings,
And that this is the beginning of your journey of this manifestation moon ceremony.
And begin to repeat this affirmation to yourself.
Clarity and visions of happiness comes to me easily.

And begin to return your imagination and your vision back to that night sky with all the energy around you.
And you begin to see a sliver in the sky up here,
Which is the waxing crescent.

And begin to set an intention for yourself based on that vision of happiness.
What is your intention based on that vision?
Show the feelings of that vision of happiness.

Begin to imagine that the energy of the moon comes into first quarter and the white begins to fill half of the moon,
Which represents all the actions you will take on this journey towards your goals and intention.

Begin to see all the steps you will take.
Visualize them.
Visualize yourself getting closer and closer to all of your goals,
All of your dreams,
And that vision of happiness.
Begin to return your energy back to that night sky,
To a waxing gibbous moon where it's almost full but not quite.
Knowing that this moon represents a time to receive and acknowledge that all you have imagined,
All goals and intentions you have set are already yours.

And know that if you can visualize your goals,

And begin to acknowledge all that you have,
All that you have in your life at the present moment,
Including your dreams and your visions.
Begin to have gratitude for all that you have,
Thinking of maybe one,
Two,
Or three things that you are grateful for.

And let the energy of the full moon fill you with gratitude,

And begin to see the full moon begin to slowly fade a little bit into a waning gibbous.
Begin to reflect on your journey so far without any judgment or criticism.
Just reflect on your life and all that you have and all that you have learned.
And take a moment of gratitude for the life that you are living.

And as you begin to see the moon transition into the last quarter,
You only see half of that smiling face of the moon.
Begin to release your limiting beliefs,
Begin to release your doubt and your fear knowing that you are the hero within this story.
Begin to change the narrative of your story from I can't to I can,
From I am fearful to I am excited and ready.
Or whatever else you need to change,
Begin to change your narrative,
Releasing limiting beliefs.
Breathing into new beliefs and exhaling old ones,
Old doubts,
Old fears.
Breathing in,
Letting that new belief fill your body from the toes to the knees all the way to the crown of your head.
And on exhale,
Releasing,
Feeling the power of that moon as it helps guide you to release what no longer serves you.
And repeat this affirmation after me.
My sense of self is anchored in my knowledge that I am worthy of love and happiness.

Just take a moment to acknowledge that you are worthy of your visions,
You are worthy of your dreams of all that you are manifesting.
And begin to visualize that moon continuing to fade into the comforting darkness surrounding you and only a sliver remains,
Recognizing the energy of the waning crescent.
And recognize that that energy is beckoning you to trust your journey,
To trust all that you have done to trust all that you are doing,
Knowing you are on the right path and you are exactly where you are meant to be.
And see yourself living and breathing your intention in your everyday life,
Visualizing that you are the energy of this intention,
You are the energy of this vision,
And seeing how your life looks,
How you interact with others from this space.
