This is an energy release meditation to manifest and ground down into positivity after a heavy day.
So with that,
Come into your comfortable seated position and take a moment to tune on in.
Maybe it's that you want to lie down.
Whatever it is,
Just take this moment to find some stillness.
Tuning on into the body.
Noticing the quality of your breath.
And what drew you to this meditation?
Is it a sluggish heavy feeling of a past event that happened today?
Maybe a stressful day at work?
Or a social gathering?
Or something that happened to you that was so out of your control?
And just take a moment to observe.
Tuning on into the truth of whatever it is that you are experiencing.
And take a nice big deep inhale into the body.
And sigh it out.
You can make sound if you need to.
Doing it two more times.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Last big deep breath in.
And sigh it out.
I want you to begin to listen to the pitter patter of rain or water droplets.
And I want you to begin to visualize yourself.
Maybe being under the rain or inside a space where you can feel warm droplets of this spiritual cleansing rain on your skin.
And it's warm and inviting.
Or it's cool and refreshing.
Whatever it is,
Allow yourself to feel comfortable.
To feel calm.
Begin to really locate where in the body do you maybe feel this energy of heaviness.
Or maybe it's thoughts that don't serve you.
Or visions or images or words.
But whatever is coming up for you,
Invite it,
Present it to this rainfall.
And on an inhale,
Draw all the energy of this cleansing rain into you.
And on an exhale,
Release it.
Allow the rain to wash away anything that doesn't serve you.
Any feelings within the body.
Any thoughts.
Any words.
Anything that is on your mind and is consistently playing on repeat.
Let the rain wash it all away.
Breathing in,
Feeling the cleansing energy.
Sighing out,
Feeling the rain wash over this space.
Allowing all of the heaviness to just float down into the earth.
And continue to visualize and feel free.
Allowing this rain to wash all and anything away.
And once you feel a sense of lightness,
Freedom,
And understanding that everything and anything that happened to you today is in the past and you can let it go.
You can start fresh at any moment.
Take a moment to feel this lightness and this peace as you feel cleansed and rejuvenated and begin to visualize what can you do in your waking life after this meditation to further ground you,
To take this energy with you.
Feeling that your past does not make you who you are.
And events and noise and energetical noise that happens around you does not make you who you are.
You are so much more.
You are love.
You are peace.
And you can let that energy go.
Allow the rain to wash it away.
So what is it that you need?
What do you see?
And is it in alignment with this energy of cleansing,
Of releasing,
And of freedom?
So visualize and make a promise that when you step away from this meditation,
When you finish this meditation,
That you will manifest this vision into your waking life because you are worthy of the freedom.
You are worthy of this peace.
You are worthy to start fresh,
Whether it be at the beginning,
The middle,
The end of your day.
Every moment is a new,
Fresh start.
Let go.
And begin anew.
Restart.
Let go.
And manifest a new beginning.
