Thanks for joining me.
During our time together,
We're going to go through a process where you'll be able to let go of any stuck energy that you have around a specific situation.
This could be something you've been hanging on to,
Something that's recently happened and you just can't seem to get past.
Or it could be something someone said to you or a way you responded.
It could even be something you witnessed.
The particulars don't matter for this process to help.
You just know you have energy and you want to move it.
So let's get started.
Find a comfortable position.
It doesn't matter if you're sitting or lying down.
Whatever's most comfortable for you is perfect.
I invite you to take your hand or both hands and place them on your heart and keep them there while we do three rounds of 4-7-8 breathing.
4-7-8 breathing is an inhale for 4,
A hold for 7,
And an exhale for 8.
The exact durations aren't important.
So do what feels good and simply aim for your exhale to be longer than your inhale.
I'll walk us through it now and your work is just to follow along.

All right.
Feel free to resume your natural breathing and place your hands on your lap or whatever position feels comfortable for you.
We're going to begin by bringing to mind the situation that you feel is stuck.
Maybe this feeling or this situation is around lack or a life challenge or maybe one of the topics I mentioned earlier.
Or in some cases,
Sometimes we just have a feeling of anxiety or discomfort that we're unable to shift or let go of.
So right now,
Think about that situation and feel the emotion that this situation creates and allow that feeling to expand inside of you.
Allow all of the energy that this situation creates for you.
Let it come up and let it be present.
Now notice where it is in your body and notice how it feels.
Is it hot or maybe rushing?
Does it pulse?
Or maybe it's a buzzing kind of feeling or maybe it's really hard.
Notice what the energy feels like and where it is.
We're going to take a moment right now to acknowledge it and just say hello to it.
We're going to give it a nod and we're going to allow ourselves to be present with this energy.
We're not making it a problem.
Remember,
We're focusing on the feeling,
Not the situation.
All right,
Now that we've called that energy up and it's active in us,
I'm going to ask a few questions to help you clear or release this energy,
These feelings.
And as I ask the questions,
Pay attention to the energy and notice how it dissipates as we go through the questions.
When I say release,
Take a deep breath and imagine yourself releasing the energy on your exhale.
You can imagine it flowing out of your heart or wherever it's located in your body.
You can imagine it flowing out of your crown or imagine it being absorbed in space.
Maybe you imagine taking it from wherever it's located in your body and handing it over to God or Source or whatever you call it.
You can even imagine putting it on a raft and sending it down a river.
As we go through these questions,
Allow your way to come up.
Don't force what it's going to look like or feel like.
It will become clear as we go.
My first question is,
Could you let go of trying to figure out this situation?
Now inhale and exhale and release,
Release,
Release.
Imagine the energy leaving.
Could you let go of wanting to know what to do about this situation?
Release,
Release,
Release.
Do a quick check in with your body.
Are you tense anywhere?
If so,
Release that as well.
Our next question is,
Could you let go of wanting to know anything or needing any answers at all?
Right now in this moment,
Could you let go of wanting to know anything or needing any answers?
Feel into this energy.
Deep inhale,
Exhale and release,
Release,
Release.
Relaxing your body.
Are you trying to control this situation?
If so,
Can you release the desire to control anything right now?
Just for right now,
Can you hand over that control?
Release,
Release,
Release.
See it floating away or dissolving.
If a lot of emotion is coming up,
Just let it come up and release.
Our next question,
Could you let go of wanting to think about the situation or think about anything at all right now?
Release,
Release,
Release.
Could you let go of disapproving of yourself or disapproving of the situation right now?
Feel into that and release,
Release,
Release.
Imagine it floating away.
You're giving it away.
It's floating down the river away from you.
Check in with your body.
Quick scan,
Relax.
Anything that has tensed up.
Another deep breath.
Could you grant this situation the right to be exactly as it is at this moment?
Can you do that?
Release,
Release the energy,
Release it.
And the last question,
Could you give yourself approval for no reason at all right now?
Could you approve of yourself right now?
See the energy that's left your body or is leaving your body or is dissolving.
Release it and release and release.
Big inhale and exhale.
Now let's check in with your body.
Let's do a quick scan.
How is it feeling?
Does it feel like any of the energy has shifted or dissipated?
Or maybe it's gone altogether.
Check in with yourself and see where you're at.
If you're still feeling a strong energy around the situation,
Go ahead and repeat this process as many times as you need.
You can use every question I asked or just the ones that you see fit.
You might even come up with your own questions.
Once you get the hang of this,
You could be doing anything,
Just going about your day and releasing stuck energy.
Not all questions are going to be needed every time.
So make this process yours and adapt it as you see fit to address whatever is happening for you and your life.
If the energy returns,
Simply come back to this process and do it again.
When we release energy,
It's gone.
But often we have a lot more buried underneath what you just released,
And that energy will then bubble up to the surface.
Now nothing's gone wrong.
Just keep liberating the energy as it comes up and liberating yourself as often as needed.
As one of my teachers says,
