In this meditation, we cultivate an open-hearted presence, expanding the energy around our heart center. By relaxing the body and focusing on the heart and high vibrations, we can create receptivity to new possibilities and become a magnet for our goals and intentions. What we want wants us too, and will blossom in perfect timing when we align both our brain and our heart.

Welcome,

Thanks for joining me for this brain heart coherence meditation.

The purpose of our time together is to help you open your heart and begin to expand your energy field around your heart so you can begin to match the signal of the intention you want to attract into your life.

Let's get started.

So find a comfortable place,

You can either sit or lie down,

Whatever's most comfortable for you.

And just relax and arrive here.

Close your eyes,

Maybe check,

Do a scan one more time to make sure you're comfortable.

Maybe to move around a little bit more.

We have a nice straight back and a soft front.

Your hands can be resting comfortably in your lap.

Or if it feels good,

You can turn your palms upward in a receiving position.

Let's take a nice deep breath in,

Aware of the air filling your lungs.

And then exhale and notice how that release feels.

Another deep,

Steady breath filling your lungs.

And then letting go,

Exhaling,

Feeling the air leaving your body and you becoming more and more relaxed.

Continue to be aware of your breath,

Your steady inhales and gentle exhales.

And practice being here right now and letting go.

Now I invite you to shift your attention to the area of your heart,

The center of your chest.

And imagine you're breathing in and out of your heart.

Deepen your breath,

Breathe a little slower,

But still comfortably.

And as you breathe in and out of your heart,

Feel a sense of warmth in your heart area.

And allow your focus on your heart center to melt any stuck or frozen energy that might be there.

Just keep your attention on your heart center,

Breathing deeply,

Quietly,

And continuing to be open.

Let your body relax even more with every exhalation.

As you begin to feel the natural rhythm of your heart,

Bring into your awareness the intention that you want to manifest.

And let that intention start to play out like a movie or a video in your mind.

Take this time to imagine all the details on the screen as if you're playing a movie in your mind.

And imagine that it's happening right now in this moment.

Begin to feel the physicality of it all,

Hear it all,

See it all,

Smell it all.

Let your body completely be in the experience as if you were right there.

As you're creating this reality,

As much as possible,

I also invite you to let it be an outline.

Let it be an outline of what it is you want to call in and hold on to this intention loosely.

And instead of being bent on things turning out an exact way,

Open yourself up to receiving the best outcome of what you want to call in,

An outcome that serves your highest timeline,

Your highest good,

And your highest excitement.

Now we're going to spend a little time elevating your emotions.

Start by imagining what it feels like to have this intention come true.

And let yourself feel happiness.

Allow yourself to be happy that this is happening for you.

And feel the happiness or what it feels like to be happy.

Now elevate your emotion a little more and feel joy.

If it's been a while since you've felt joy,

Think about being a little kid.

So excited,

So carefree,

Laughing and smiling,

Pure joy.

Feel that feeling.

I know when I did this,

I experienced tears,

Like I cracked open a bit.

So let yourself deeply feel these emotions.

The last emotion you're going to call on is gratitude.

As you see in your mind movie,

The exact thing that you want to manifest,

Feel gratitude for what you called in and that you were gifted what you intended.

Or if feeling appreciation or thankfulness is easier for you,

Then practice feeling those emotions,

Whatever works for you.

Just tap into the feeling of thanks or appreciation or gratitude for receiving that which you wanted to call in and simply sit with it.

Keep breathing this feeling through the center of your chest and let it flow through your body as it absorbs this wave of emotion,

This wave of gratitude,

The highest vibrating emotion of them all.

As we wrap up our time here,

I invite you to put your hands on your heart.

One last inhale of appreciation and positive expectation with a nice,

Soft,

Slow exhale.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes with a soft smile,

Knowing that what you want,

Wants you and it's on its way.

Expertly crafted and composed. Perhaps the best manifestation meditation I've encountered in 30 years of meditating. The verbal cues allowed me for the first time to conjure emotions I didn't believe I had the ability to summon into my awareness.
