Welcome to this Energetic Reset.
Once you do this practice a few times,
You'll be able to do it on your own,
Anywhere,
Anytime.
Let's get started.
First,
We'll do a quick nervous system reset with a short breathing pattern called 4-7-8.
We will inhale for a count of 4,
Hold for a count of 7,
And exhale for a count of 8.
If holding for 7 is too much,
Simply do what you can do today.
When your exhale is longer than your inhale,
You're signaling to your nervous system that you're safe and it's okay to lower your heart rate and bring you back into a state of calmness.
Let's begin.

Again,
Inhale for 4,

Ah,
Big deep breath.
Now we're going to call our energy back and we're going to cut energetic cords.
With every interaction we have,
We create an energetic cord.
Additionally,
We leave tiny pieces of ourselves,
Energetically speaking,
Every place we go,
Even in our dreams.
This means we're scattered all about and often have energy leaks from cords that are still attached to others.
The practice of calling back your energy is simple.
In fact,
I do this every night before I go to sleep and every morning when I wake.
Repeat after me,
Either out loud or in your head.
I call back my energy from all of the times,
All of the places,
All of the events,
All of the planes,
All of the dimensions,
And release any bonds,
Ties,
Or cords,
And bring myself back into full sovereignty.
And so it is.
The last thing we're going to do is create an energetic bubble to protect what we just tidied out.
So close your eyes,
Relax,
And imagine placing yourself inside a bubble,
Or even create a bubble around yourself.
It can look however you want and be whatever size you want.
It can be shiny,
It can be colored,
It can be hard or soft or flexible,
Whatever you want.
Now imagine a rose.
Again,
Any color you want.
And this rose is,
It's pretty well open,
With lots of petals,
It's very full,
And it's sticky.
In your mind,
Place the rose outside of your bubble,
About an arm's length away.
And we're going to do that with the intention that the rose will absorb negative energy and low vibration,
So you don't have to.
If you go about your day and feel like there's been a lot of negative,
You can go to the rose in your mind and blow it up,
And put up another rose.
This is called blowing roses.
When the rose is full up,
You can blow it up.
Imagine it like blowing a dandelion that has gone to seed,
And simply place another rose outside your bubble.
If you want to create a new bubble for yourself,
You can do that as well.
All of these tools,
The breathing,
Calling back your energy,
And creating an energetic bubble and placing a rose outside,
Can be done separately or together,
And in any order,
Any time.
I encourage you to use these liberally to serve your highest good and your highest timeline.
