Welcome,
I'm Lisa Marie and I'll be guiding you through this short meditation.
Today our intention is to connect with the vibration of love.
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable position,
Lie in or seated and turn off any possible distractions.
Let's begin by closing your eyes and just start to breathe slowly.
Place your hands onto your abdomen and as you breathe in,
Feel your stomach rise and push your hands gently away.
I invite you to inhale deeper,
Perhaps you can expand your abdomen each inhalation.
Maybe you are able to slow your breath even more.
Start to feel your chest also open and open as you inhale.
If you notice yourself becoming distracted,
Just guide yourself kindly back to this breath with no judgment.
Feel in the abdomen expand,
Feel in the chest rise and open.
Every breath is getting deeper and slower.
Calm in the mind,
Starving the distraction.
Just place your arms to the side of you now with your palms of your hands facing up yourself to receive abundance.
Visualize a white or golden light from the universe above,
Entering into the palms of your hands.
Maybe you feel like you'd like to move your fingers,
Perhaps you feel some sensations or tingling.
This light travel up both arms and into your heart.
Visualize this light circling around your heart,
Glowing.
Place your awareness back to your breath,
Your abdomen and your chest opening fully and expanding.
I invite you to take a moment to connect again with your heart and think of someone you love or have loved.
Connect with this feeling,
Hold them in your heart and whisper to them how much you love them.
Remember,
If emotions surface whilst meditating,
Please allow them out.
Feel your heart expanding with light and love.
Remember you are divinely loved and protected.
You are beautiful,
You are loved,
You are everything you need to be.
Take a long,
Slow breath in and gently release it.
Just observe your breath as it flows in and out.
Take a deep breath in and fill your heart with love.
As you exhale,
Send that love to someone suffering,
Struggling or in pain.
As you breathe in and out in your mind's eye,
Repeat the word love.
Continue this mantra slowly as you inhale,
As you exhale,
Repeat the word love.
Feel it.
Just relax in there with your arms by your sides and your hands facing up.
Take a moment to appreciate this feeling of calmness.
With every exhalation,
You sink and relax deeper and deeper.
Feel your heart expanding.
Visualise this glowing light circling around your heart,
Travelling down your arms and hands.
Just breathe,
Just breathe.
Breathe.
Maybe again,
Repeating the word love as you breathe in your mind's eye.
Invite you to start to move your fingers and your hands,
To be aware of your surroundings again.
Maybe move your feet and your toes,
Possibly blink your eyes and just take a big breath in,
Maybe even a sigh as you exhale.
Just remember you can always come back to this beautiful place if you need to.
