Welcome,
I'm Lisa Marie,
I'll be guiding you through this meditation today.
Start by finding a comfortable position,
Lying down or seated and turn off any possible distractions.
Close your eyes and start to breathe slowly.
Place your hands on your abdomen below your navel and as you inhale start to feel your stomach rise and push gently on your hands.
I invite you to count to five as you breathe in through your nose and count to five as you breathe out slowly through your nose.
Be aware of any distractions,
These are normal,
So just becoming aware will assist you to stay present with your breath and the meditation today.
If you notice any distractions don't enter into conversation,
Avoid any discussions,
Instead return your thoughts back to counting your slow breath in and out.
Feel your abdomen rise and fall as you inhale and exhale.
Start to count to seven now as you breathe in and seven as you breathe out.
How slow can you breathe?
Have you noticed how you are starting to feel relaxed?
And as you begin to feel more relaxed you can breathe even deeper and even slower.
Be aware of your abdomen rising fully and expanding on every single breath.
Notice how your shoulders and back feel comfortable and at ease.
Please remember if any emotions surface during this meditation to allow them out.
Releasing and letting go of stored and trapped emotions is healthy and will assist you with this process.
As you inhale now start to feel your chest and lungs expand fully,
Your abdomen rising,
Your chest expanding with every single inhalation.
I invite you to now take a short pause before you exhale.
And as you exhale imagine any stress,
Worry,
Anxiety draining away from your body,
Physically,
Emotionally,
Mentally,
Spiritually.
Let it out,
Let it go,
Surrender and release.
When we release it frees us and it makes space for more positive energy to come.
Continue to breathe extra slow and deep,
Feeling this connection with every single breath and how relaxed and calm it is making you feel.
Notice if you become distracted and kindly guide yourself back to your breathing.
Breathe in.
Now take a moment to connect with the energy of the relationship you wish to close.
Visualize this person.
Continue to breathe deeply and acknowledge what you feel as you visualize this person.
Are there any triggers,
Sensations,
Discomfort?
Breathe deeply through this and allow any trapped or stored emotions to rise up and release.
Maybe there is grief,
Perhaps anger,
Pain or sadness.
Perhaps you feel resentment or regret or even confusion.
Just allow these emotions to flow.
And let out what you need to.
Breathe slowly,
Stay present and feel this deeply.
What are you feeling?
What do you need to process today?
What is holding you back from moving forward?
Just let these emotions out,
Perhaps you need to make a sound.
Identify what you are feeling today,
Maybe there is guilt within you.
Perhaps you are feeling and experiencing fear or anxiety about your future,
The unknown.
Try not to live there,
The present moment is now and you have this under control.
Breathe deeply.
Now,
Feel the sensation of letting go of any attachment you have to this situation.
Fully surrender and release this person so they are no longer in your thoughts or in your mind.
This is an energetic field.
Visualize an energy cord between you both.
Now take a pair of scissors,
Cut this cord and completely let go and liberate yourself.
Set yourself free.
Say to yourself or out loud,
I release you with love,
I release myself with love.
And again,
I release you with love,
I release myself with love.
Visualizing this energy cord being cut between you.
Feel yourself becoming liberated and free.
You are removing all ties,
Bonds and connections you have to this person.
Feel it dissolve.
And as this connection dissipates,
You begin to feel your sense of empowerment return,
Your self-worth,
Your peace and your happiness.
You begin to accept the situation and all the lessons you have learned from it,
No matter how hard or painful they have been.
But know it is now time to turn the page of this book and move forward.
Only you have the power to do this.
This is your story,
Your chapter,
Your book.
You have to be the action taker,
The one who turns the page.
You have the power.
Visualize yourself turning the page of your book.
See yourself stepping forward confidently into this new chapter of your life.
Remember,
You are the author.
Let it go.
Feel the energy.
Feel the peace that comes from taking this action.
Allow the cords of connection to dissolve.
Take back your own power.
Feel your inner strength return.
Breathe into the calmness,
Feeling centered and peaceful.
Take a moment to fully release anything else that you need to.
Let it go.
Allow yourself to let go,
Surrender,
And remember you can come back here whenever you need to.
