This meditation is designed to guide you gently into releasing the heaviness you’ve been carrying, whether it’s forgiving another person, a past situation, or even forgiving yourself. Forgiveness isn’t about saying what happened was okay. It’s about setting yourself free. Letting go of the bitterness, resentment, anger and stored emotions that weigh down your mind, body and energy. This is a powerful practice to help you move forward, create closure, and feel lighter, clearer and freer. It’s suitable for everyone and easy to follow.
