Hi I'm Lisa Marie,

Thank you very much for joining me today.

I'm going to take you to a special calm and relaxing place,

Somewhere that is safe and where you can return to whenever you need.

First of all you need to make sure that you won't get distracted during this session and also I'd love you to lie down maybe on your bed,

Just somewhere comfortable.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes and begin to breathe slowly in and out through your nose.

Now I would like you to clench your fists and tense every part of your body,

Even your face.

Now relax everything and feel your head,

Your shoulders and the rest of your body sinking down into your bed.

Can you place your hands onto your tummy for me?

Now as you breathe start to slow each breath down.

How slow can you breathe?

As you are breathing just begin to feel your tummy rising up towards your hands and you'll feel your hands being pushed away.

Just keep your hands touching your belly and as you're breathing deep and slow feel your body sinking lower into your bed.

Your head,

Your shoulders,

Your back and your legs all sinking deeper into your bed.

Every part of your body relaxing,

Each area of your body beginning to feel heavy.

Feel yourself breathing slowly.

Let your tummy rise up and push your hands upwards as you inhale.

Then as you breathe out your tummy returns back to normal.

Each breath you're taking through your nostrils is getting slower and you're starting to feel even more relaxed and calm on your bed.

If you have any worries or problems just feel these disappear as you exhale.

Just let them go.

Imagine them as clouds above you floating away.

Try to breathe even deeper now.

How much can you expand your tummy?

How deep can you breathe?

What I would like you to do now is to begin to count to yourself as you breathe in.

So as you inhale and as you exhale count to six in your mind.

Very slowly stretch your breath,

Relax your body into your bed.

Just be aware of any thoughts that come as you're counting.

This is very normal.

If you notice any just let them pass and continue to count to six as you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Feel your tummy rise as you breathe in.

Feel it lower as you breathe out.

Let your body sink into your bed feeling extremely relaxed now.

Just let go of any worries or problems you might have.

Notice how calm and relaxed you are feeling.

Remember you can come back here anytime just by closing your eyes and breathing slowly.

Your hands are still on your belly.

Your head and your shoulders are relaxed on your bed.

As you inhale you feel your belly rise.

As you exhale you feel your belly lower.

Maybe still counting to six as you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Notice how calm you feel.

Just take a moment to observe how you feel,

How peaceful and relaxed you are.

As you lay on your bed,

The eyes are closed.

Maybe wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes.

Take your arms out to the side and just stretch or above your head and take a big breath in and give yourself a sigh as you release the breath.

Thank you so much for joining in.

I hope you loved it.

Do this meditation.
