I'm Lisa Marie.
I'll be guiding you through this meditation today.
Make sure you're comfortable lying or sitting and turn off all possible distractions.
If you have a tendency to fall asleep,
I would suggest to sit up.
Start by closing your eyes and begin to breathe slowly.
Notice your breath slowing down.
Perhaps you can feel your abdomen rise as you breathe in.
Place your hands on your stomach if you wish.
Connect with the rising and falling of your abdomen as you breathe in and as you breathe out.
Maybe you can notice the breath as it enters into your chest and you can feel your chest area expanding as you inhale.
Before you exhale,
Each breath try and pause.
See how slowly you can breathe.
Notice how this starts to make you feel more relaxed.
Be aware of any thoughts and remember they are part of meditation.
Every time they come,
Gently let them go.
Try not to enter into the story,
Just simply let them pass.
Relax your shoulders down,
Away from your ears.
Relax your muscles in your face and in your body.
Just enjoy in this peaceful place,
Feeling relaxed,
Safe and calm.
Every breath is taking you further into a deeper state of relaxation.
Just breathing in,
Pausing and breathing out.
Did you know gratitude is like a magnet for abundance?
When you appreciate what you have,
You're sending a clear signal to the universe that you're ready to receive more.
It raises your vibration and aligns you with the frequency of abundance.
It's about cultivating a constant state of appreciation for all the wealth that already surrounds you.
As you breathe deeply,
Take a moment to think about the following.
The roof over your head,
The food in your refrigerator.
Your ability to listen to this meditation.
The movement you can make with your body.
Your breath as you inhale and exhale deeply.
This appreciation transforms your entire relationship with life.
Instead of focusing on what's missing,
You begin to see what's already present.
Instead of feeling lack,
You begin to feel wealth in its many forms.
And as you relax even more and breathe even slower,
Start to think about even more things that you are grateful for.
The ground you walk on.
The air you breathe.
Your sight.
The water you drink.
Your heart.
Your internal organs.
The electric that you consume.
Nature all around you.
Beautiful animals,
Your family,
Your friends.
The list is endless.
Take a moment to notice your breath.
Gently flowing in and out in a steady rhythm.
Feel the calmness spreading through you.
Abundance isn't just about money,
It's about opportunities,
Ideas,
Connections,
Resources and solutions.
Becoming more aware and noticing the magic happening every day around you.
Think about a river for a moment.
It doesn't struggle to reach the ocean.
It simply flows naturally and effortlessly,
Passing all obstacles on its way.
This is how abundance wants to flow in your life,
Naturally and effortlessly.
Think about an apple tree producing hundreds of apples.
Each apple containing seeds for countless new trees.
The ocean contains more water than we could ever use.
The sun shines on everyone,
Never running out of light.
This same principle that governs nature,
Governs your life.
Abundance is a natural state of being.
Simply observe your breath in.
Flowing in and out with ease.
Notice the deep sense of relaxation it brings to you.
Notice how relaxed your body is feeling.
Your shoulders are lowering further away from your ears.
Your back is comfortable and supported.
You are holding no tension anywhere in your body.
You are feeling fully relaxed,
Calm and present.
Visualisation works hand in hand with gratitude.
Imagine walking into your home knowing that all your bills are paid and you have plenty of money in the bank.
Feel the peace and security that flows through your body.
Notice how your shoulders relax,
How your breathing deepens,
How your heart feels light and free.
This feeling state is what draws abundance to you.
You're not just imagining wealth,
You're embodying it.
Take a moment to breathe and feel this emotion.
Just imagine and visualise the life you desire and deserve.
What does it look like and feel like in your heart?
Embody it.
Visualise it.
Feel it.
Attach that emotion.
That is when the magic happens.
When you can generate genuine feelings of security,
Peace and joy around money,
You become a living magnet for the experiences that you will create.
Those feelings in your outer world.
It's important to align your thoughts,
Emotions and actions with prosperity.
Think of yourself as a radio station broadcasting your signal out into the universe.
When you think thoughts of abundance and possibility,
You're sending out a frequency that attracts more experiences of abundance and possibility.
Feel these following words in the core of your being in every single cell.
Abundance flows to me easily and naturally.
I'm going to say that again for you.

Visualise it.
Connect with it.

The universe has infinite ways to provide for you.
Think wealthy thoughts.
Feel wealthy feelings.
Take wealthy actions.
Generosity creates a flow of abundance in your life and demonstrates to the universe that you trust there's always enough to share.
Celebrate and appreciate small abundances that appear.
This creates space for larger ones to manifest.
Now I'd like you to repeat these in your mind's eye after me.
