Welcome,
I'm Lisa Marie and I'll be guiding you through this powerful meditation.
Find a comfortable position lying down or sitting and turn off any possible distractions.
Start by closing your eyes and relax your shoulders.
Take a deep inhale through your nose,
Pause for a moment and now exhale out through your mouth,
Maybe make a sound and visualise yourself letting go of anything that is stagnant and not in your highest timeline.
Continue this a few times,
Slowing each breath down even more.
Perhaps as you exhale,
In your mind's eye you wish to repeat this command,
I'm releasing all stagnant energy from my aura and energetic field.
I'm releasing all stagnant energy from my aura and energetic field.
And as you slow down your breath,
You begin to relax deeper and as you relax deeper,
Your breath slows down even more.
I invite you to now breathe in and out through your nose.
Place your hands onto your abdomen and as you inhale,
Feel your stomach expand like a large balloon.
Inhaling and exhaling through your nose,
How slowly can you breathe?
How much can you expand your abdomen?
Can you exhale more before you take the next breath in?
If you notice any distractions,
Just allow them to pass easily.
Do not enter into dialogue with them.
Inhaling,
Pausing and exhaling.
Feeling this breath flowing naturally in your body.
Allowing your body to sink down as you breathe even slower,
Sinking deeper and deeper.
I invite you to now slide your hands up onto your heart and continue your very slow breathing,
Inhaling and exhaling.
Remember for us to receive,
We must first be in the vibration of gratitude.
Let's take a moment to feel grateful for what we already have.
As you breathe slowly,
I would like you to think about just one thing that you are deeply grateful for.
It could be a person,
An object,
An animal,
Something that has happened to you,
A place you have visited,
Your job,
Your work.
Normally the first thought that pops into your mind is the right one.
Try not to overthink it,
Just hold that image into your mind's eye and into your heart.
Now connect with a deep feeling of gratitude into your heart,
Connecting with that feeling of appreciation for whatever it is that is in your mind's eye.
Visualize the color green radiating out from your heart and through your hands.
Take a moment now to feel grateful for something or someone else.
Once more,
Connect with a deep feeling of love and gratitude into your heart's center.
And again,
I invite you to visualize the color green radiating out from your heart and through your hands.
Place your awareness back to your slow breathing.
Maybe rest your hands back onto your abdomen.
I'm going to say some affirmations and I would like you to repeat them back to yourself in your mind's eye.
Try to connect with the words and feel into each one and allow any visualizations to appear.
I am worthy of great things.
I welcome positive abundance into my life.
An abundance of happiness flows to me always.
I deserve wonderful things to happen to me.
I am open and ready to receive more abundance.
Positivity flows to me with ease.
I have an abundance of wealth in every area of my life.
I am deeply grateful for all that I have and all that is coming.
Abundance is my natural state.
I trust and allow it.
Everything I need is always flowing to me at the perfect time.
Now relax your arms out to the sides with your palms facing upwards.
Breathe in and out very slowly.
I invite you to now start visualizing a golden light coming out of the palms of your hands.
Visualizing this beautiful bright golden light coming out of the palms of your hands.
Now gently place your hands back over your heart.
Feel the golden light penetrating into your heart.
I'd like you to imagine the golden light moving around your body.
Traveling to all the different areas and particularly to any areas where you may need healing.
Feeling this beautiful sensation through your body.
Remembering you can come back here whenever you need to.
Fully surrender.
Fully release.
And just start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Maybe move your head from side to side.
Becoming aware of your surroundings.
Hearing my voice clearly.
Perhaps take a deep breath in and a big breath out.
Maybe a sigh.
And please remember you can always come back here whenever you need to.
And don't ever forget how amazing you are.
