Lindsey Riddell

Lindsey discovered yoga in 2011 and began teaching in 2019. She continues to find deeper meaning in her practice as she explores the mental health benefits and spiritual connection to life’s purpose. With a Master's Degree in Counseling and working as a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Lindsey enjoys bringing meditation into her classes, believing that yoga and meditation do not need to be complicated to be meaningful and therapeutic.

I really liked the simplicity of using a timeline to reflect on my day, and picking several moments (even if they were simple) to be grateful for.

Audio isn‘t great at the beginning, but the technique is well guided and the music added at some point compensate.
