Before you dive into your to-do list,

Or whatever else might be calling your attention,
Take a moment just for you.
This meditation is designed to help you start your day feeling inspired,
Clear,
And ready to take on whatever comes your way.
Think of this as your morning reset,
A chance to pause,
To set intentions,
And connect with the energy you want to carry throughout the day.
You don't have to do anything special here,
Just get comfortable and breathe.
So let's take a nice long slow inhale in through the nose.
Slowly let that go and close your eyes.
And now let's begin.
Take a moment to just adjust and get really comfortable.
Take a deep breath in and let it out slowly.
With each breath,
You're signaling to your body and mind that today is yours to embrace.
Feel the quiet hum of the day waiting to unfold.
Let's begin with three rounds of triangle breathing.
You're going to inhale for four,
Hold for four,
And then exhale for four.
Let's do that together.
Expel all of the air out of your nose and breathe in for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Hold,
And release,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Breathe in for four,
Hold for four,
Release for four,
Breathe in for four,
Hold for four,
And exhale for four.
Now do that on your own for a few repetitions.
Feel the air filling your lungs like energy charging your spirit and let your exhale release anything that might weigh you down.
Now let that go and just settle into your breath.
Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful path.
This path represents your day ahead filled with possibilities,
Connections,
Moments of joy.
Just look at that path ahead,
Limitless possibilities.
Now silently repeat as you continue to breathe in and out.
Today is a new canvas.
I am the artist of this day.
I choose bold,
Vibrant strokes of inspiration.
I will go forward with kindness.
I will lead with purpose.
Now picture a golden light glowing in your chest.
This light is your life.
This light is your inner fire.
The part of you that dreams,
Creates,
And inspires.
Allow yourself to connect to your heartbeat as that light glows and pulsates with each beat.
With each inhale,
See that light growing stronger.
With each exhale,
Imagine it spreading warmth and energy through your entire body.
This light now travels down your arms,
Into your fingertips,
Ready to create.
The light travels down your legs,
Into your feet,
Grounding you with purpose.
Now the light travels up through your head,
Filling your mind with clarity and fresh ideas.
Continuing to breathe in and out,
Take a moment to reflect.
Asking yourself,
What's one thing I can do today that will bring me joy?
With that in mind,
Now ask yourself,
How can I bring kindness into someone else's day?
And now finally ask yourself,
What's one small step I can take toward my bigger dreams?
What are you dreaming of?
And what can you do today to take one step closer to your dreams?
What can you do today to take one step closer to achieving it?
Take a deep breath in,
Holding on to the clarity that's beginning to form from your reflections.
And exhale slowly,
Letting those answers settle into your heart.
Now let's anchor those intentions with affirmations.
Powerful statements to guide your energy and mindset for the day ahead.
Continuing to breathe in through the nose and out through the nose.
Repeat these affirmations silently,
Letting their energy flow through you.
I am open to inspiration and creativity.
