Welcome.

This is your time.

A time to surrender.

To let go.

And to sink into deep,

Restorative sleep.

There is nothing you need to do.

Nothing you need to fix.

Only the simple act of being here,

Allowing your body and mind to relax.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Feel the weight of the day begin to melt away.

Now let's begin.

Let's start by just getting really comfortable in our bed.

Move in a way that feels good,

Until you feel really settled.

Your head is resting on the pillow.

Your blankets are coming up,

Covering you,

As your body relaxes into the mattress beneath you.

Now bring awareness to your breath.

Inhale deeply through your nose.

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let each breath be softer than the last.

A gentle wave guiding you into stillness.

Now just breathe naturally here.

Noticing the breath go in and out of the nose.

Slowing down the day.

Now bring your attention to the top of your head.

Imagine a soft,

Warm light resting there.

Like the glow of a candle flickering in the night.

With every exhale,

Allow that light to drift down.

Melting any tension in your forehead.

Softening your eyes,

Feeling heavier here.

Releasing your jaw.

Feel this wave of relaxation traveling down your neck and shoulders.

Dissolving any heaviness or stress.

Your arms grow heavy,

Sinking into stillness.

Your hands relaxed,

Soft.

Your chest rises and falls effortlessly.

Your heart beating in a steady,

Calming rhythm.

With every breath,

Your body becomes lighter.

Your mind more at ease.

Let your body relax even more as you continue down.

Relax your belly.

Just noticing that rise and fall as you breathe.

Letting the rhythm of that rise and fall just relax you even further.

Relax your hips.

And your legs.

Lay down to the soles of your feet.

Your entire body is now wrapped in warmth.

Cradled in peace.

With your body relaxed here,

Listen to my words.

Allow your mind to soften and relax with these gentle affirmations.

I am safe.

I am at peace.

My body knows how to rest.

I surrender to sleep.

I am safe.

Let these words settle into your body like whispers from the universe.

The night sky sparkles.

The stars whispering sweet dreams into the air.

And as you float here with your breath,

Any lingering thoughts drift away like ripples on water.

There is nothing to hold onto.

Nothing to control.

Only the soothing embrace of this moment.

Feel yourself becoming weightless.

Floating.

Let yourself drift.

Carried by the rhythm of your breath.

Sleep is here.
