The energy you put out in the world is the key to attracting abundance and manifesting what you want.
So that is what we're going to do today in this meditation.
We are going to get into a high vibe state and set the course to manifest what we are dreaming of right now.
So find yourself in a comfortable position laying down sitting up against a wall in your favorite spot wherever that may be and let's begin by taking a deep breath into our nose exhale out through your mouth inhale again lifting your shoulders up exhale release them now close your eyes take one more deep breath in grounding yourself into this moment release continue to breathe naturally take a moment to notice the breath is it cool as it's entering your nostrils notice the rise and fall in your belly feel the ground beneath you take another deep breath in another deep breath in as we begin let's start by feeling gratitude for what we do have in our life right now think of three things that you are grateful for your house food in your fridge whatever it may be now think of three people you are grateful for anyone in your life that has brought a smile to your face brings you joy daily or even was just helpful for you today now think about three things you are grateful for within yourself things that you love that you already embody it's important to remember all we have have gratitude for it as we move forward in our abundant mindset appreciating where we are now will help us attract what we want take a deep breath in and send out that gratitude with your exhale repeat that again one more deep appreciative breath in exhale send out that gratitude to everyone around you with that gratitude in your heart let's start thinking with an abundance mindset intention will go where your energy flows start to bring in a high vibrational state now by silently repeating these affirmations i am grateful for all i have i attract love and kindness from all those around me and i offer love and kindness in return i welcome creative opportunities i am excited for all that's to come i accept that good things can come easily i am open to receiving take a deep breath echo those words sink in now ask yourself what do i want to attract think of one thing you want the most right now picture it in your mind in full detail be as specific as you can breathe into that now to truly manifest what you want you need to embody it as if it's already yours imagine that you could reach out and grab this version of what you want visualize yourself holding it being exactly what you want does that feel like this now hold on to that feeling breathe into that now ask yourself do i want to continue living my life as it is now or do i want to start making decisions based on where i intend to be to live a limitless life have to believe in your limitless potential believe in your limitless potential now see yourself living as if what you want is already yours if you want to manifest love see yourself in that loving relationship surrounded by your loved ones living that life if you want to manifest wealth see yourself living the way that financial abundance will provide where are you living what are you doing picture yourself in that life if you want to manifest happiness and ease see yourself in that state now waking up with that feeling interacting with those around you in that high vibe state anything you want picture it now now that you have that feeling having exactly what you want and you have that vision in your head the next step is letting go take a deep breath in and as you exhale surrender your desires to the universe release any worries of how this will happen release any fears release any hesitation with your breath now trust that you are on the right path and all you want is coming to you remember the energy we put out is the energy we will receive live life to the fullest appreciate all you have right now joy in each moment and know that what you want is coming your way take a deep breath in exhale and slowly bring yourself back to the room when you're ready open your eyes
