Hello my beautiful beings and how are you today?
I've actually just come back from a long weekend away.
I stayed with friends,
My soul sister on a farm and fully involved myself with the animals,
With their lifestyle,
To such an extent that I didn't think about my work.
I didn't think about creating any recordings for you.
I didn't think about anything really except enjoying their food,
Their company,
Their love,
The love that we have as a group.
And it was just beautiful.
And as we were driving home I realized I do not do enough of that.
The stress that's in your body when you allow yourself to fully relax the stress that lives in your body begins to dissipate,
Begins to just gently leave your body.
And that's why I'm here today for this magic next few minutes.
I want us to make stress leave your body.
So we're going to work together on my brain vial clearing system.
A vibrational recalibration of your files.
You know your brain,
Your brain actually looks after the files in a really overworked kind of way.
And some of the files that are in the front and the immediate and the live files are just totally unrelated to what you want to have in your world.
So the process of so the process that we use,
The brain vial clearing process allows your brain to release files,
Allows your brain to find new files to work with,
Actually allows your brain to work with more relevant files.
So just as we lead into this,
I want you firstly to make sure you've had some water recently.
Pause the recording if you need to.
Have some water and come back when you're ready.
Now get settled how you need to get settled.
If you're moving around,
Just know and intend that this will work.
If you're able to sit still or lie in your favorite relaxation place,
There is power in that.
It's been proven that when you meditate in the same space regularly,
Firstly your body remembers this is what you're going to do,
But secondly I think you start leaving relaxed,
Gentle energy in that area.
So allowing it,
Allowing it just to be your place to meditate,
If you can.
So while you're gentling yourself,
Take a big,
Deep breath in,
A big breath in and then just allow it to leak out.
Take another big,
Deep breath in and let it just release slowly.
If you yawn,
It's because your system is re-oxygenated.
So that's a good thing.
Now as you're relaxing even more and knowing that with every breath your body will relax further,
Let's take our vision and let's take our breath and let's take our vision up into that space that lives behind your eyes,
Your inner world,
Imagineer land,
Your mindscape.
If you are a visual person,
Just go with it.
If you find you're not a visual person,
Just relax into it.
You don't have to know what these things look like.
You can just be.
You can just relax and intend that what I'm describing to you is there for you,
Because it is.
Now lift your vision over to the left.
That's where your brain lives with all the files.
Allow your brain,
Just allow your brain to show you where it is.
And now,
From there,
As you casually lift your gaze up and over to the right,
You'll see an arc that links your brain up and over to the right.
And on the right,
There's a beautiful big love pile,
A big love box,
A love container just for you.
It's whatever your love container looks like,
It's yours.
Mine's a big pile of love bubbles because I like love bubbles.
And now,
Take your feeling and your vision back over to the left and just say to your brain,
Whether you're just feeling it or seeing it,
That what we're doing today is good.
It's not going to be horrible.
The brain can just relax knowing that we're going to help it.
Now let's ask the brain to find a file for us.
Ask the brain to find the file on stresses that you have created today.
Any stress files that have been created today.
Let the brain gather those stress files up and as they arrive,
See them beautifully go up and over their arc and land in the love bubble pile.
In the love pile,
They'll be neutralized.
They'll be refreshed.
Sometimes,
Stress files are pertinent but they don't need all the negative energy attached to them.
So they'll go through the love.
They'll be refreshed and they'll come back so that you can look at them differently,
See them differently,
Feel them differently.
Now let's ask your brain now for any stress files related to your work.
Don't quantify them.
Just whatever work it's related to,
Whether you're employed or you do your own business.
Just ask it to find the files that it's got straight up that are related to your work stress.
And then let's lift those files up and over that magical arc and land them over in the love pile.
Refreshed.
Maybe archived.
And this maybe will shine a light on a new vision for you.
So let's ask the brain So let's come back over to the brain because your brain will be in with the game now.
And ask your brain to find the files on stress related to family.
Whether that's your animal family,
Your current family,
Your blood family,
Your non-blood family.
Really it doesn't matter.
Anything that feels like family.
And your brain will gather these.
Sometimes with family stress it takes a little while because your brain might go back further in the files.
And as the files come,
If there's a lot just start them flowing over the arc and landing in the love pile.
Over into the love pile with all of these files.
Allow them to be refreshed.
Neutralized.
Regenerated into what you can see and help with.
All of this done with love.
Now come back over and ask your brain to find any files related to money.
Related to abundance.
Related to earning.
See your brain gathering all of those files and watch them float over the arc to land in the love pile.
To be refreshed.
Now just to consolidate the love in your world.
Come back over and ask the brain to find the files on love.
Anything current,
Old,
Whatever the brain wants to refresh on love.
And let's carry those files up and over the airways.
Up and over.
Landing in the love pile.
And another file that's really good to refresh.
Come back over to your brain for one last set of files.
And ask your brain for the files on worthy.
On value.
On worth.
For you.
On how you feel about your worth and your value.
Any files related to that.
Relax if your brain has taken time to find more files to refresh.
And then when they come,
Let's lift them up and over the arc and land them in the love pile.
Sit with the music for a little while.
And feel however this feels for you.
Allow these feelings to come.
Allow the energy to show.
And acknowledge that we have refreshed all of these files.
Don't hold them too hard.
Just let them refresh in the love pile.
Now it's time to come back beautiful being.
It's time to come back to the here and now.
And bring the freshness and the newness with you.
You can listen to this any time.
Because different files will be generated.
Often I'll just sit with some files that I've had around me of things that are happening in my day to day world.
And I'll make a start asking my own for files.
And then we just go where it goes.
