Snoozitate – A Nap, A Meditation, A Gentle Reset

This meditation is for when you feel as though you really, really, need a nap (a snooze) but not a big sleep. We’ll be using my Brain File Clearing Process to refresh your system and alongside this is the music for Solfeggio frequency 852 Hz. This frequency can help in replacing negative thoughts with positive ones, relieving nervousness, anxiety, or worry.

Well hello beautiful being,

It's Linda here and today I'm going to take you through what I call a snoozitate.

It's a bit of a mixture between a snooze,

A nap and a meditation,

A gentle reset.

So while I explain I want you to bring yourself into deep relaxation with your breath.

It's not really that hard,

You only think it's hard sometimes.

Take the biggest breath that you can and just let it out gently.

Take another deep in breath and then just leak the air out of your lungs.

Feel now that you're bringing the air down to the bottom of your lungs.

Do some more if you feel like there's places to chase away stress and tension or just now relax and breathe normally.

So today we'll be using my brain file clearing process.

It'll refresh your system and what you're hearing now behind us is the music for the sulfageo frequency of 852 Hertz.

This frequency helps in replacing negative thoughts anyway,

With the positive ones of course and relieving your nervousness,

Any anxiousness or worry and just allowing positive to come in.

And at the end I'm going to use the 852 Hertz tuning fork as your signal to bring yourself back to the here and now.

So this is the message to your system right now when you hear that tuning fork it's time to come back to the physical.

So scan your body now for any tension that you can breathe love into,

Any tension and sink just a little bit more and to relax.

As you're breathing gently allow yourself now to go up into your mind space,

That beautiful space behind your eyes,

The space of probability,

Imagineer land.

Inside that space as you look over to the left ask your brain to show up,

Ask your brain to show you who it is and where it lives.

And if you can't envisage don't worry just allow,

Allow it to happen around you and stay in your gentle space.

And then taking your inner eye on an arc,

In doing that you create an arc,

It could be a rainbow,

It could be just a little arc of a road,

Something that directs over to the right and then over on the right there's a big container that's absolutely filled with love and any files we work with today are just going to land there and get recalibrated,

Neutralized,

Realigned.

They don't actually stay away these files,

They go through the re-vibration system,

The recalibration system and they get refiled in a place more suited,

It doesn't affect you on your everyday.

So come back over to the left to your brain and ask your brain to find any files that are currently worrying,

Any worrying files.

And as your brain brings these files to you,

Just see them go up and over that arc and land in the love pile over on the right to be neutralized.

Come back over to your brain,

Leaving those files over there,

Getting worked on in the love pile.

Let's ask your brain if it can find any files on anxious thoughts,

Any anxiousness,

Anything to do with anxious that your brain can find.

And let's lift these files up and over that arc and land them in the love pile to be recalibrated,

Realigned.

And when you come back to your brain this time,

Ask it to find any files on overwhelm,

Anything that the brain feels is related to overwhelm on your system.

And when those files come,

Just see them go up and over that arc and land in the love pile,

Recalibration,

Neutralizing with love.

Now come back to your brain and ask it if it has any files that it wants to refresh in this moment,

Any files that the brain wants to refresh in this moment.

And when they come,

See them go up and over that arc and land in the love pile over on the right.

You don't have to know what's in the files,

You don't have to even see them,

Just allow them to be refreshed.

Now come back over to your brain and ask your brain for files on your own health,

Health,

Any part of your health that your brain sees needs refreshing.

Again don't look at it,

Don't judge it,

Just allow your brain to deliver the files and then see them go up and over the arc to land over on the right in the love pile to be updated,

Recalibrated,

A new vibration.

Now when you come back to your brain this time,

Ask it to find files on abundance on every level,

Any kind of abundance that your brain sees and let's bring those files up and as they arrive just allow them,

Allow them to go over that arc and land in the love pile,

Be recalibrated,

To be updated and refreshed.

Now come back,

Come back over to your brain and ask it,

Ask it to find the files on joy and love and as they arrive just allow them,

Allow them to go over that arc and land in the love pile to be beautifully refreshed,

Updated,

A new vibration.

Now come back,

Come back to your brain beautiful being and thank it for working with you today and ever so gently allow yourself to slide back down from your mind space into your body and stay in this space allowing the vibrations to settle,

The new vibrations to go throughout your body landing in your cells and your organs and your blood,

Feel the vibrations flowing throughout your body and lie in this beautiful space for a while and now gorgeous being,

You heard the tuning fork,

It's time to come back to the here and now.

Bring your body all the way back from that lovely place that you've been in,

Wriggle your toes,

Stretch your shoulders and just feel into this beautiful body that you've got here on earth and thank it for all the work it does for you and come all the way back,

All the way back gorgeous being,

Move your body a bit more,

Are you back?

Lessen the tuning fork sounds bit other than that it was lovely
